DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. I did not research company reviews before ordering but I should have. I was sent the wrong size dress- 2 sizes too big! Not even close to what I ordered. The fabric was soft and probably looked decent enough if it was the right size, but the quality of craftsmanship was NOT equal to the cost of the dress. However, at this point I was still open to trying again with the correct dress size so I sent an email asking for the correct size dress and informed them I would initiate the return/exchange right away. They never agreed to a full refund, unless I paid for the shipping (forcing ME to pay for THEIR mistake), and the cost to return the dress would be $40-50 to return it to CHINA. I went back and forth with them for 2 weeks and they never budged. The cost of the return was 2/3 the cost of the dress itself, but the most they would offer (after 2 weeks of emailing my concerns) me was a 40% refund. So now I am stuck with a dress I don’t want and doesn’t fit and still had to pay 60% of the cost which I will not be able to recoup.

Terrible company. Please read these reviews before purchasing. I placed an order without reading the reviews, quickly emailed to try to cancel within the hour of placing it and they had to “try” to get in touch with the warehouse to cancel but of course it was too late. The dresses did arrive but the quality and sizing are off. Working to return it now but they make you send a picture, then email again with an offer for a partial refund before they even send you instructions. I've seen where they make you ship back internationally. A fraud company and you can tell that they delete negative comments off of their Instagram.

Update: if I could give zero starts I would. So a “Hedi Atkinson”contacted me from this company and expects me to either pay to return the WRONG item they sent or get a partial refund !!!!
This is there mistake, why charge me to fix it. I cannot believe this is happening. Also found out the clothes are being shipped directly from China, yet on their website it states the store is in New York. So deceptive. If only I knew, I would never have taken the risk… lesson learned and will never buy off line again. From now on I’ll be going into a physical reputable store where I can see, touch and try on what I’m buying. $94 down the drain and so much for the dress I needed for my Dad funeral. Shame on Andreas Oriano !

Ordered a dress without doing research on the brand becuause the website looked very reputable, saw that they were shipping from China which was a red flag because they are advertised as being out of New York. The dresses arrived in an appropriate time but the "satin" dress I ordered literally loked like a burlap sack. The quality is so disappointing and it looked nothing like the photos. Do not order from here, this website is a scam.

Ordered a off-white dress in size S, received a pink dress in a way bigger size. The quality was bad. I wanted to return, but their return process is long and you have to bear the shipping costs and custom fees to China, which is very costly . I wish they disclosed this information at the time of purchase. I don't recommend this business.

Dress is like the dollar version of what they advertise, poor quality and not at all what I was looking forward to. Definitely not worth buying, regret it instantly

AWFUL experience. I ordered a dress in a small, I received and XL and a dress that looks nothing like the photo online. I ask for a refund and they said to send it to an address in China and that the customer is responsible for the shipping which is about $50-60 and import duties. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! That's probably how they make their money, is from just scamming their customers.

Dress came too small and with a broken zipper, and it's $200+ dollars to return. What a scam.

Quite frankly the worst dress buying experience I’ve ever gone through. I bought 2 dresses from them totaling for almost $200. I fell victim to the hand crafted and carrying along the grand father’s legacy. News flash these dresses are from CHINA . Which look there’s not an issue with that but the quality is less than SHEIN.the two dresses I ordered for my European vacation NEVER arrived. I got notified one month later that they were returned to sender. I reached out to the company and was put in touch with a very unhelpful Heidi. After multiple emails of requesting a refund she said that it was because the address was incorrect on my end. Which it wasn’t. It was the same exact address I submitted when she asked to verify. To which she couldn’t respond back on what was wrong with the original input. Their policy is a dress replacement. To which they sent a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT dress than the one I ordered that just came in yesterday for 1/3rd of the value I paid. This dress is so short and would have NEVER picked it in the first place. Again lots of loose threads and very cheap material. Her response was that there was nothing they could do. So not only did I not receive the dresses I ordered nor the replacement dress their company policy calls out I’m out $200. I submitted a claim on my credit card and got the money back. After 2 months of 20 email exchanges I got NO WHERE with this company. WHAT A SCAM AND JOKE. Thankfully my cc company thought the same thing. Save yourself the time and frustration. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The dresses I ordered took forever to arrive and were very big. Much larger than the size I ordered. The quality of each dress was poor. I would liken the quality to cheap Halloween costumes. The dresses lacked labeling identifying where it was made and what the fabric content was. This is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). When inquiring about returning the dress I was asked to take pictures and jump through all sorts of hoops. In the end, Andreas Oriano said they would accept the return but warned me the shipping would be expensive as returns are shipped to Ningbo China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

I recently purchased a dress from Andreas Oriano and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

The dress I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The material was very cheap, the quality was poor, and there were no tags attached to the dress. Based on the website, I believed I was purchasing from a company located in the USA.

I contacted the company to request a refund. I was told that I would have to return the dress to China, and that the return shipping would cost approximately $50. Since the item was not as advertised, I asked them to provide a prepaid return shipping label. I also sent pictures showing the difference between the dress advertised online and the dress I received.

Immediately after I sent the pictures and requested the shipping label, I received a message saying that my email could not be delivered. I tried contacting them again, but I have received no response.

I actually ordered two sizes because I wasn't sure which size would fit, so I ended up spending even more money.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the lack of customer service.

Please be very careful before ordering from this website. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

I ordered a dress from Andreas Oriano because the website and photographs made the dress appear to be much higher quality than what I actually received. Unfortunately, the dress was poorly made, the stitching and overall construction were unacceptable, and the item did not live up to the appearance or quality represented on the website. One of the tags was also missing, which created an additional issue when I tried to return it.

What made the experience even worse was dealing with customer service and trying to understand the return process. What is presented as a straightforward return policy became a frustrating back-and-forth, with the burden being placed on me as the customer.

I am extremely disappointed—not only with the quality of the dress, but with how the situation was handled after I received an item that I felt was not reasonably represented online.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from Andreas Oriano read the return policy very carefully and research independent customer reviews before purchasing. I wish I had done that first.

My dress looks NOTHING like the dress that I tried to order online. I went to return the dress because it has to match what the rest of the bridal party is wearing in terms of color and they said I have to return the shipping cost to China. they did offer a replacement of any dress online free to me, but that’s super annoying because the dress that they sent me is the crapiest quality ever and looks nothing like the photos.

8/25/25, I ordered a dress from Andreas Oriano and checked out. Promotional advertisement stated. “get % off this order. I clicked the button and Andreas Oriano added another of the same dress, and for the same price; 1st deception; deceptive promotional tactics.
Andreas Oriano website states you can cancel order if you cancel before order is processed. Second deception; I tried to cancel within less than an hour of ordering; website would not allow me to cancel. I emailed customer support and they failed to respond so the order was processed. When they did respond they stated they would correct the issue once I received the order and contacted them.
Third deception, I received the order and the dresses received did not resemble the picture shown; the quality of the dress was subpar, see though, cheap materials, no tags, no sizing attached. I tried on one of the dresses, I ordered utilizing their fit size chart; the dress was approximately four sizes too big for me; fourth deception: sizing.
Andreas Oriano website states returns/ refunds are easy; fifth deception. I contacted Andreas Oriano via email for return instructions. I was asked to take pictures of the dresses; include in my email to their response and they would decide if the dresses were returnable; which I did.
Sixth deception; I was I had three options. Keep the ill fitting, subpar, see through dresses and receive a 15% refund of $25.12 of a $167.48 order; of which one charge was added to my order through their deceptive promotion. Second option, return to China which may cost me $40/$50 dollars and they will determine if I receive my refund. Third option; choose other merchandise from their subpar collections. My only liable option is to return the items and hope I receive a refund.
BUYER BEWARE! Please, please, please DO NOT purchase from Andreas Oriano. Their clothing is subpar quality you could probably make yourself. Their promotional tactics are deceptive; their cancellation policy doesn’t exis; their return/refund policies are not easy; and if you return you still may not get your refund. PLEASE use reputable, well known, trustworthy, that have brick and mortar stores so use can be assured of received prompt, fair return/refund options. I’m probably out of $167.48 , please don’t make the misfortune mistake I made.

I wish I had never ordered from this website. Their website gave me the impression that their dresses were made in New York, so I was shocked when I tried to return my order and was given a return address in China.
Before ordering, I read their website and return policy multiple times to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. I could not find anything clearly stating that customers have to pay for return shipping all the way to China. Now they’re telling me I’m responsible for that cost. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have ordered.
Their policy also says all tags must be attached for a return, but one of the three dresses I received arrived WITHOUT a tag. Now it’s basically their word against mine, even though that’s exactly how I received it.
The whole experience feels very misleading. Between making it seem like the dresses are made in New York, requiring an international return to China at my expense, and sending me a dress without the tag they require for returns, I would not order from this company again. Please be aware before purchasing.

I would like to leave a zero star for this company. I ordered a dress that did not fit and was not as described at all. I reached out to return the item and was told I would have to pay $40-$50 to return it. Also, I was asked to take a photo with me in it the first time and then the second time it said not to do that. It claims it is a company from NY but you have to ship returns to China. Do yourself a favor and find another company to buy from.

I am severely disappointed with this company in the lack of customer service. I ordered a blue dress online in an XS. Address arrived, and it was three times the size. The quality was not the same as shown on the model nor the sizing chart. When I requested to do an exchange, it took five days for the customer service agent to get back to me and when I asked to return it, they refuse to give me a return label asking me to pay. When I took it to FedEx I was unable to because of documentation issues because the dress was being shipped to China. When I followed back up with the customer service rep, they were unable to help me and just only offered me 15% back on my return.
This was a huge headache and a shopping experience. Nobody should have to go through. Numerous emails back-and-forth for weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Total scam. I ordered an $80 dress (which was on sale from $140!) and it is literally worse quality than dresses I've bought on sites like Shein for $10. They falsely advertise based on the photos they post to make it look like the fabrics are real lace, satin, etc. What I received was an awful-looking PRINTED LACE PATTERN on the cheapest polyster material I've ever seen. The shape was completely different - it was a shapeless sack with no boning or structure at all. It's literally unwearable. I bought what I thought was a fancy dress for my Maid of Honor gown and received something that I wouldn't even wear as a bathing suit coverup. I'm going to return it, but from what I've read they're going to make it impossible to return and charge $30 in shipping. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and trying to get them shut down. Absolute fraud.

I received my order in a timely matter however, I did not like how it looked on me and wanted to make a return. The return process is unbearable. First, they ask me to send pictures of myself in the dress (which i was not doing). Then, they asked me to ship it back to China. This would cost more to ship it back than the actual dress itself. The return label attached stated it was shipped within the US. Please save yourself and do not buy from this company
