It's a quality issue. I purchased two bath rugs and while the colors were represented correctly, the rugs were much thinner and flimsy and slid on my wood floor.

This summer, I was in search of a good pair of linen trousers and chanced upon Oliver & Blake. The Rivello Linen Trousers were delivered within a week, they were exactly my size, and the fabric is of good quality - it is very light but not flimsy at all. I wore them on a day when the temperature was high and I felt comfortable throughout the day. I am truly happy with this buy.

Buyer beware poor customer service
I placed this order three weeks ago and have still not received any of the items. Despite multiple emails and repeated promises that my order would be prioritized and shipped, nothing has been sent and I have received no tracking information. The wait times for responses were excessive, and the overall customer service has been completely unacceptable.
I would rate this experience zero out of five stars if that were an option. Due to the lack of communication and the fact that my order was never processed as promised, I have had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute.
Buyer beware.

After internet browsing the Luna Merino Mock Neck, I decided to get it and to be frank, I did not have high hopes for it because of the price tag attached. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see the quality of the material; the merino wool is very soft, doesn't itch at all, and the size is exactly the same as described. It was delivered quickly, and I felt that the packaging was very thoughtful. I will definitely order it again with no second thoughts.

Wish I could give NO stars. I bought the trench coat and it came VERY late, was made with thin insubstantial material, the button popped off when I lifted it out of its bag, and the fit was about two sizes too small. The cost to return it was equal to the cost of the coat. Don’t bother buying from them.
