Die Bearbeitung meiner Rücksendeanfrage hat sehr lange gedauert. Ich musste mehrfach nachfragen, da dem Paket kein Rücksendelabel beilag und dieses separat angefordert werden musste.

Angeblich kann man die Versandart für die Rücksendung selbst wählen. Möchte man diese Möglichkeit nutzen, erscheint jedoch der Hinweis, dass die Rücksendung dann möglicherweise nicht anerkannt wird. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielt ich schließlich ein Rücksendelabel per E-Mail.

Für die Rücksendung sollte ich 9,99 Euro bezahlen, mit der Begründung, dass sie ins Ausland gehe. Auf dem Rücksendeetikett steht allerdings eine deutsche Adresse.

Die Ware habe ich vor vier Wochen zurückgeschickt. Bis heute habe ich keine Erstattung erhalten. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen kann ich diesen Shop absolut nicht empfehlen.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice. Wenn man hier etwas bestellt sollte man viel Geduld mitbringen und hoffen, dass alles passt. Das Rücksendungsportal funktioniert nicht. Meine Rücksendung wurde auch nicht angenommen aber die Ware wurde mir trotz gegenteiliger Absprache auch nicht zurückgeschickt.
Keine Empfehlung, obwohl die Leinen gut sind.

I recently spent what for me was a lot of money on a number of items. One of them was a very different size from the others and I emailed to say that I thought it was mis-sized or mis-labelled, and requesting that Amour Linen pay the return cost.
I have received no reply in over three weeks, other than multiple, auto-generated invitations to review my purchase and others directing me to the normal returns page. I assume the whole returns operation is run by AI, as it seems no-one has actually read my emails. It's making me doubt the entire brand, including their ethical and environmental credentials, which was why I bought from them in the first place.

Sheets are cute and all, but we’ve had a fitted sheet for only like 5 months and from day 1 we have had issues with it staying on our bed while we sleep. Sheet constantly comes off and won’t stay tucked under the mattress. Very annoying and will not buy again

I absolutely love the quality and weight of the fabric, and the fine craftsmanship of all the pieces from Amour Linen. You can literally feel the dedication and love going into the construction of all the pieces when you hold them in your hands. Thank you for bringing these fine pieces to life!

I have bought several apparel pieces from AL for my wife. She loves all of them. They are quality pieces with excellent craftsmanship. We very much appreciate the attention to detail.

My items arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and were well made. One of the dresses I purchased I loved so much I bought another.

Mooie, goede stevige linnen. Ik ben blij met de kleding, maar ook met het beddegoed.

I ordered in June, was waiting more than one month for the items, sent 4 out of 6 back in time, paid the ones i kept and still got an issue with klarna for the payment of the rest of the order (which i did not keep!) without any news from the shop. The receipt of the post office was sent to amourlinen but until now they did not communicate with clarna. So - no i would never order from there again.

I’ve made several attempts to contact them by email to return badly fitting items. Initially I had zero response.

Addendum - I have now made contact via instagram and have arranged a return. Let’s see what happens next!

The 2 dresses and 3 tops I bought are of outstanding quality and fit perfectly. The colours are beautiful as well. Not only the linen fabric is of high quality, also the designs are very good and the craftmanship outstanding. This is very lightweight but strong linen. Not flimsy or see through. I am placing my next order right now. Worth every penny. ♥️

I haven't gotten my order yet. It has been a month. Is that normal?

Customer service with this company is non-existent. I'm trying to return one of the dresses I've ordered but after creating the return over a week ago I'm still waiting for a link to secure payment for return label. I cannot return without the address on return label and I'm running out of time according to company 14 days return policy. I've emailed them twice but so far no reply.

I ordered some clothes for an event and the website showed at check-out that my order would ship when I was still living in my old apartment. I thought my order would ship per what the website said which is why I ordered it. A week goes by and the order never got delivered so I assumed the order was gonna get delayed. This was during my move-out process, so I proactively reached out to customer service to see if they were able to update the shipping address to my new apartment. At this point the order was just submitted and there was no tracking number. They said no problem and that it should go to my new apartment. I moved to my new apartment in the mean time. A few business days later, I checked on the tracking number and it showed it was STILL going to my old address. I brought it up to customer service and they said on their end the address got updated and that tracking numbers aren’t up to date. I told them I never received my package and they ignored me. I have no way of getting that package because my lease ended so even if I were to try to go back to my old address, I have no access to get to the front door. I am literally in a different state now too. They took my money and never gave me what I ordered. Boooooo
