Sheets you can see through
The sheets that I received 45 days after purchase you can see through. I paid 214.00 for garbage. Contacted them for a full refund. They determined that since I washed them I was only to received half.
On website 30 days to wash, use and sleep on. If not satisfied free returns.
I am sorry I just want my money back.
If needed I have screen shots of all
I wish I would’ve researched the linen…
I wish I would’ve researched the linen sheets before buying. They took a month to arrive, no tags on them that says made of linen only made in republic of china. Did the water test on them and they didn’t absorb like linen should. Tried to sleep with them and they were HOT. Can’t return them because they are outside of the return “purchase “ date. SCAM, FRAUD, ILLEGALLY TAGGED.
5 weeks of bullshit emails lies and…
5 weeks of bullshit emails lies and delays sweet talk bit no results and still no refund!? It's a scam it's a disgrace!
It should be banned or taken off the marketplace! 😡🤬
Scam!!! Don't buy them
Received my sheets today...nearly a month after ordering and paying. "European linen?" Pure bulls**t! The product is made in the People's Republic of China. The manufacturer's tag on the sheet does not even identify what the fabric is (violation of law, by the way) but I can assure you that it is zero % flax/linen. Might possibly be bamboo but more likely is pure polyester. There was a paper tag added to the plastic bag for the sheets which states that the fabric is "100% European Flax Linen"....I know what flax feels and looks like....it is definitely not flax. So you end up paying $120 for a set of sheets that should sell for $20 at the dollar store. Buyer beware!
FALSE ADVERTISING… Sheets made of polyester, and in China
A couple of months ago I ordered 2 sets of sheets to gift, believing on what ALLAURA advertises the material to be European Linen. I wasn't aware until a few days ago, when the person I gifted them to mentioned that the material was not even listed on the product label and that the sheets look more like polyester made.
What are they really made off and where? The label says made in the PRC. I'm assuming that stands for People's Republic of China, obviously that's not in Europe.
The finish of the sheets is also very cheap for the price I paid for them.
I've requested a full refund due to the false advertising. Also, I offered to return them because that's not what I paid for:"Real European LINEN. The whole business is a SCAM.
ALLAURA hasn't contacted me yet.
This company falsely advertise European…
This company falsely advertise European Linen Sheets. I ordered in May so it's the end of June and I have asked for all my money refunded since the merchandise has not been received and reviewers report the sheets are Not Linen and cheap product they can't get refunds. Chinese company not European.
Lie from the beginning
Lie from the beginning. Chinese garbage masquerading as a US bedding manufacturer using European linen producing quality sheets. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Chinese company with a drop box in NJ for marketing purposes only. Trash throughout. Very displeased. US govt should shut these frauds down.

These sheets come from China and are totally synthetic the whole site is a scam
The 1st order went well but I ordered…
The 1st order went well but I ordered again-(over $600) and not only did I not receive it but after trying to communicate with Allaura via text, email and phone several times I got zero response from them. So I will not be ordering from this company again and I do NOT recommend anyone to do so. You'll have to fight for your money back-not worth it.
I was told my sheets arrived and were…
I was told my sheets arrived and were delivered.
I received nothing. My security cameras saw no one delivering.
I feel so ripped off.
Total SCAM
Fraud au go go!
well, hells bells...I haven't even received my two sets in the mail. Allaura site insists delivery was completed, when that is false! They have no follow-up communication mechanism and I will be going to my bank to seek help. Livid, yes! Would like to wring somebody's neck....don't forget to have a nice day...merde...........
The sheets are not linen
Allaura The sheets are not linen. They are a polyester type fabric. The color is nothing like the photos. These are most likely made in China and the advertising shows they are made in an old generational style. Completely false. The shipping info is from China.
This company has Fraud written all over it. When you go to return for your "FULL" REFUND they charge you for shipping and restocking fees and they must be unused. Even though the ad says 60 days use with full refund!! Go with #Quince which is what i should have done!
TOTAL SCAM!!!!
TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Do not buy these sheets. I wasn’t even asked why the sheets get and feel so hot hust by seating on the bed. My back would get so hot so I emailed them. They said have you washed the sheets. I answered YES because they recommend you wash the sheets. So my answer was YES 2X. I get a reply back that my sheets do not qualify for a refund!!!
But they advertise return no questions asked for 30 days. They lied. DECEITFUL CO.
FRAUD!!!! Not worth your time and money.
Taken In By Slick Advertising on IG
I was taken in by the IG ad featuring an old school farmer growing flax for linen, although nothing indicated this farmer was an actor or AI. The sheets that arrived were not labeled with fabric content; the only label on the sheets said “People’s Republic of China.” We did NOT sleep cooler as promised by the ad. I do own European flax linen apparel and these sheets were NOT flax linen.
Awesome Allaura Linen Sheets
We purchased linen sheets from allaura. We love them. Right out of the package they fit nicely, looked great, and we've really enjoyed how nice they feel. Very glad I chose this product.
NOT Linen Sheets! Fraud! They send cheap Polyester!
Fraudulent company with very nice (but deceitful) ads!! Sheets sent are polyester - not linen at all! To process a return is ALMOST impossible and they want you to pay a $10 restock/admin fee and ALL the return expense to CHINA for THEIR mistake. First they offer a 30% refund and you keep the polyester sheets, then a 50% refund, then, after 14 emails, they said keep their (polyester) sheets and gave me a refund of all except a $10 "restock/admin" fee. Everything they accuse other bad companies of doing in their ads, is what they are doing themselves. Again, they do NOT sell or send linen - only polyester sheets.
Disgusting !!!
I'd bought bed sheets from this organisation, after seeing their Instagram ad, thinking they were the real deal. Far from it. After opening up the package, and looking at the tags inside the bed sheets, I knew I'd been had, when I'd seen on the tags there was nothing to state what the fabric was made of, yet on their phoney website, they say their sheets are 100% linen.
This organisation are operating from either the Philippines or China. They are complete fake and need to be reported!! If you live in Australia, please report them to the Australian Government's Scamwatch website.
It wouldn't allow me to post the direct link here sorry.
If I could give them a zero I would
If I could give them a zero I would. Complete scam… annoyed at myself for not doing due diligence, but you can get your money back. Got the product, knew immediately they were not linen because I own linen, and reported them to my credit card company as a disputed transaction because of fraud. Contacted the company, which tried to tell me that they were linen, challenged their claim, and said that I had reported them and wanted to return them. Asked for a refund and a return address and cc’d my credit card company into every exchange. Refused to pay the return charge, got a full refund and binned the sheets.
I FELL FOR A PRETTY AD
I FELL FOR A PRETTY AD. They take your money and ship from China. Over 3 month shipping. No way to cancel and I am sure IF it arrives the quality will be poor since nowhere did they display threadcount.
This business is a scam
This business is a scam. They do not sell real linen at all. I tested it with the burn test and it melted like plastic. Also it's from China.
