This company is a scam. I ordered THEIR ADVERTISED linen sheets, got cheap polyester, tried contacting per their web site RE exchanges for the product I ordered, contacted several times, NO REPONSE. also tried requesting a return, no response.

I ordered bedding from Roskia. Almost spent $200 on a set of sheets their website stated was 100% linen. It was not. I have sent 5 emails asking to return this purchase and have not gotten a reply. What terrible customer service. I believe I have been scammed.

I ordered 2 bedspreads the end of March 2026 (value $200+)... then got a message the order had been delivered on May 1st, yet nothing WAS actually delivered. The bedspreads look identical to the Shayla brand, which I've been very happy with. I ordered these to compare the 2 brands. It's tough to compare when I received my order!

Company took forever to ship. Before shipping, I tried to cancel the order because it would be too late for my needs. They were completely unresponsive. When the product arrived, it was not as described, and had no markings on the packaging. I tried to contact them again and they were unresponsive. I think this company is a scam.

I give it on star because there is no minus one. They are just scammers. I ordered expensive linen sheets and they sent me cheap polyester. Shameless misleading scammers they are!

There is no option to give 'no star' so it has to be one star! Their product is absolute sub zero quality and their customer service is worse. Trustpilot says to be helpful in the feedback - AVOID this company - a total, fraudulent company - very disappointing

I order a queen set and was sent a twin set. I can not use this set so I would like to return it. Emails go unanswered.

The first shipment tracking disappeared after a month so another set was sent and arrived within about 10 days. The company gets one point only for their responsiveness to the problem. The sheets get a big fat zero. This was a mother’s day gift. The sheets did not feel like linen and the sheets were very shallow. This is a scam. Do not buy these sheets.

Order two Linen sheet sets and received within 3 weeks. Sheets were poor quality made up of synthetic material and the color was far off from what is shown on their website. I saw that they had a return policy and since I just received the sheets I contact via email for return address and requested a refund. I got no response. I will cancel charge order on my credit card and call it a day. Consumers beware!

I purchased 2x Oeko-Tex 100% Natural Linen sheets, from Roskia, which I didn't realize, are in fact Chinese.
What arrived this morning was, a package containing , yes 2 sets of sheets, that were not Linen at all, just cheap sheets, and not a label on anything, which speaks volumes, I would not buy from this company ever again.
And further more, there's no way of getting in touch with them as their email doesn't send.

I paid for linen sheets and received either polyesteror bamboo—definitely not linen. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered the linen sheets from Roskia, and what arrived was not linen. It feels and looks like polyester. It is not the same colour either, however it feels and looks like polyester, not linen. I am extremely sensitive to polyester and reacted to these sheets after they were washed. Washed them again and ready to ship back to the company, yet the company has not returned any emails about the quality of the product and that it does not match what I ordered. They have a supposed policy that if a customer is not happy after 60 days they do a complete refund, so far they didn't send me the product I ordered and have not returned emails to correct this fact. I believe this company to be a scam of charging far too much for cheap polyester type of sheets mass produced with no tags.

False advertising!!! The sheets are not linen the stitching is loose and doesn’t match the fabric. When the package arrived there were spelling mistakes on the English “Quen” size as well as Chinese writing dispute the fact that the sheets were supposedly made in the US.
Waste of money

Same as everyone else. I ordered a queen “100% Linen Sheet in rust” NOT LINEN. NOT RUST color. No response to emails to return. Phone number is out of service. This company is a scam. Do not order from here!

Another issue with the Roskia sheets is that they use fraudulent USPS postage. The post office noted the fraudulent postage and I had to pay $15.00 upon pick-up. I did pay it so I fell right into the unscrupulous hands of Roskia.

The ad narrative, pictures and claims drew me in enough that I ordered two queen sets. Two weeks after my order I was notified that the items left their place of origin..CHINA! Two weeks later the sheets arrived. They are not linen but are polyester. The top sheet doesn’t have the normal head of the bed wide hem. The stitching was sloppy and didn’t match the sheets. No return info was provided so I emailed customer service twice. No response. Thankfully my credit card company obtained a full refund for me. This company is a scam.

I agree with all the horrible comments I have read here. I so wish I had researched this company better. I ordered 2 split king sets and was sent regular king sets. They will not work on my bed. They are also cheap cheap cheap. They have not responded to my very detailed email requesting an exchange or refund. Taught me a lesson to check these companies out better.

Material is 100% polyester and not a natural linen as advertised. Also they have yet to reply to my refund request as they sent me a pale yellow set instead of the rust I ordered (I asked for the refund before realizing the material wasn't what it should have been). It's a cheap material that I will not be using as it's similar to other non-breathable material I am trying to avoid.

Took my $$$ and never delivered - phone is out of order - EFF this company and EFF these people

Wish I had read reviews before I bought. Cheap, poorly constructed, baggy,synthetic, ill fitting sheets. Nothing like as advertised.NOT linen!
