I ordered their linen sheets and did not initially realize it was in US dollars. I am Canadian. As soon as I noticed- within 4 hours of ordering- I tried to cancel the order. They would not allow a cancellation and in spite of cancelling so quickly I was required to pay the return shipping charges. It took weeks for the shipment to arrive and I a mailed it back unopened. I checked the tracking number and they received it on May 4th but did not refund until I contacted them on May 8th. Remarkably frustrating and poor customer service. Stay away from this company.

I paid $119 US $240 NZ for these awful sheets. DONT buy from them it’s an absolute scam. Not in a lifetime are they French Flax Linen. They are a cheap polyester type material & not Beige like I ordered but a cheap yellow colour. I didn’t want to return them as I don’t believe I would have seen a replacement OR money back. I also would have had to pay for freight to send them back. That would have been more than the sheets are worth. They offered me a 20% refund …..big deal ! I am still waiting for that BUYER BEWARE !! They are a ripoff Company

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered the wrong size of sheets - 100% my fault, but I reached out to the company to see what could be done. They told me they couldn't cancel the order, told me that they would give me return instructions when I received the incorrect product, and advised that I order the correct size now so they could ship them without delay. Fool that I am, I trusted them. They've now completely ghosted me and I've wasted my money.
