Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. I ordered 3 pair of earrings and paid ‘on sale’ $135, and I think they all came from the $2 shop. Not one pair remotely resembled what was advertised. When I wanted to return, they wanted details as to why and wanted to send free replacements instead. This is a totally bogus business who do NOT handcraft jewellery using the finest materials. Caveat emptor!

SCAM store
SCAM store - all images on their website are fake. I purchased three products that looked beautiful on their website, but what I received were three very cheap, fake looking items, clearly not the same pieces in the photographs. Same products using the same images are for sale on Temu. So disappointed, and no refund.

An absolute scam
An absolute scam. Jewellery is a knock off of someone else’s hard work. Fake, plastic and poor quality materials. So angry at myself for being scammed by this website. Spent $120. Beware. DO NOT BUY. Have emailed the “company “ asking for a refund. Highly doubt anything will come of it. Last time I buy jewellery online.

I got totally scammed. I bought 4 pairs of earrings and they were plastic crap. Definitely not what was shown in the photos. I’ve had an expensive lesson. I wish I had done my research and won’t be buying jewellery online again.

Hello - do not order, it's a total scam!
I am so disappointed with the order I have received.
The jewellery sent is nothing like the quality represented on the website. this is not handcrafted (not gold plated or even plated... just Cheap, poor substitutions for the pictures online. They send costume jewellery/ literally the quality of a show bag junk! My jewellery order was first delayed in shipping time, (because it came from China instead /watched on tracker...) the package and items are not what I ordered either, the proportions, texture, colours, stones, details, designs are not the same as pictures online.
On website the items look good, I expect they have stolen images from an actual jeweller they then are getting cheap copies made. As clearly the items sent are bad copies, the sizes were so giant, even though I measured using their guides. I have been sent mass produced items, the stones are plastic, not set in well not stones of Zirconia and Crystal? they are not sunken into settings, gold bands are thicker and the quality is poor - the gold parts are painted in yellow colour! The proportions in the design are different to the images online/ square stones are rectangular stones. Edges are sharp and even the earring clasps were backwards, not closing.

Rings are rubbish and cheap! Whatever they have advertised is NOT what you get. I ordered a "gemstone" reflection ring and get one that looks like something a small child might wear - including a cheap and plastic "stone" they insist matches what is on their website. Buyer beware!
EDIT: What a poor response saying I am not in their system. I have email correspondences from your customer service dating back to September 21. Not only is the response a lie but an offer for a replacement of the item another poor experience because they sent the EXACT same crap (when I said I was fine to replace with a different model). In the end I accepted a small refund just to end this nightmare.

All but a scam
I finally received my jewelry today, nearly 4 weeks after purchasing. The website looks and feels Australian, and with promises that the items are posted “within” Australia I fell for this trick. Alas, it’s another Chinese site with everything sent from China. It’s not a closing-down sale, as the website claims. And the pieces are not what they claim to be. I thought I was buying real freshwater pearls set in gold-plated metal. All I got was plastic. They look so cheap and nasty I’m too embarrassed to wear them out. The sad part was I paid about $50 for each item, thinking it was a heavily-reduced price due to this supposed closing-down sale. Now I really regret my purchase.

Scam website - do not buy from here!
The products sold by this website are worthless - they are nothing like the jewellery shown on the website, being made from cheap metal and essentially painted in different colors to reflect different types of "metal".
No refunds are offered, and the return process is unnecessarily complex and expensive, so as to discourage you from returning the item. At best, you'll receive a partial refund and still be left with cheap junk. Avoid at all costs!
