DO NOT GET CONNED. Total scam. Also sell as Adeline Jewelry. If products are handmade, it can only be low paid labour putting together the plastic and cheap metal pieces. I won't let the items touch my skin. They won't allow returns despite 100% guarantee of this, and they maintain the facade that you have purchased high quality material, that they are closing, etc. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I have reported this company on 5 occasions as being a scam & each time Facebook said claims were unfounded!

The photographic representation of the products is absolutely nothing like what you receive. I was gob smacked when the item arrived. I've had a constant battle with the company which specialises in fake representation. I believe from the Philippines but when you see the web page looks like a lovely Mother and daughter is portrayed. Totally Fake... So be warned.

Misrepresentation of product . Poor quality . Cheap import with mismatch between what is shown on website. Deliberate Confusing circular offers of discount and refunds. Were marketing discounts as a “closing down” sale which they clearly havent. Needs to be shut down

Cheap product in “Adeline Jewellery Toronto” box showed up. Did a search and it looks like a sc operating under multiple names. I contacted them immediately, and the circular requests, promises and no explanation or refund has started and will likely continue until I give up.

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased. Complete rubbish. Jewelry is not handmade & is cheap China materials. Threw it all in the bin.

Do not buy!! There are so many scammers like this that’s why you can pick them!! THEY ARE FROM CHINA SELLING CHEAP STUFF FROM TEMU for a substantial amount!! So pathetic!!!! This is FRAUD!!! Do not buy!!!

If I could give the merchant a 0 star review, I would. Nothing on the merchants business page is accurately described, and they DONT offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

Currently battling to return the items, however each request for return address leads to another “we cannot pay for return shipping, therefore if you would like an alternate option… a 50% refund will be granted and you can keep the items….” It’s rather entertaining, however a painful battle which resulted in all our back and forth conversations being reported as fraud to my bank.

Scammers Item not as described then offered to send a replacement I paid another delivery fee and no replacement ever arrived

If I could rate zero I would. Complete scam. Costume jewellery from China. Not handmade. Looks like nothing on the website. Just a bit of tin with bits painted on it.

I ordered three pairs of earrings from Amanda Oliver Jewels after being influenced by the “handmade”, small-batch story and website photos. Unfortunately, the items I received were nothing like what was advertised.

The earrings appear mass-produced, made from cheap, flimsy materials, with plastic or painted elements rather than stones. Designs, colours, sizing and metal finishes do not match the website images.

Shipping also did not match what was advertised on the website (Australia Post–style delivery times). The parcel took significantly longer and passed through numerous processing locations.

When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly offered replacements or a partial refund only, even after clearly explaining that the items were not as advertised. I was told that because this was a “final closure sale”, full refunds were not available — despite this being a case of misrepresentation, not change of mind.

I have since noticed that this “closing down sale” appears to have been running for a long time, and many other reviewers report the same issues: jewellery that is not handmade, poor quality, and difficulty obtaining proper refunds.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Bought two pair of earrings for a gift that were faulty, stones put on backwards and the other pair don’t close. Cheap and definitely from China. This is a misleading company and is not Australian.

I bought a necklace for my best friend’s birthday and now I want one for myself. The engraving looks delicate and the chain feels stronger than expected. It made the perfect sentimental gift.

Received order and none as advertised. Should be illegal and reported as so because product received is NOT the quality pictured and described on website. Inferior products turned up that aren’t even functional. Very disappointed.

Absolute rubbish that is sent from China. The jewellery looks nothing like what’s advertised. It is bright yellow painted fake gold. Extremely lightweight and cheap. You could buy much better at Lovisa for a couple of dollars. Don’t buy.
