Cheap looking jewellery.. straight from china and nothing like the quality in the pictures .one pair of earrings broken… they came in cheap plastic bags

Rip off. Not like photos. Bad quality. Just seen the exact same items on shein.

Stupidly I ordered 2 rings from this company, my order never turned up. I was given a tracking number, no such number exists !

When I contacted the company many times I was told this morning that its my fault the jewellery has been lost ! And I won't get my money back !
Its a scam company please don't order

I was so excited to receive the earrings and necklace I ordered only to have received the earrings today to find a hugely disappointing plastic piece of trash that was not how they were represented. This is not on and so I emailed them asking for a full refund with the cost of return to be covered as I won’t be charged for their scam.
I also asked for them to not send the necklace I’m still waiting on and asked for that refund too.
For items that are advertised at full price of $299 I expect 100% better quality and actually stones and materials not plastic !!!!!!
If they don’t respond I will be submitting a complaint to further shut this operation down.

Complete scam. The jewelry is very cheap looking and nothing like the photos. Painted gold not silver plated. The stones are not opal but cheap plastic. You could buy this same jewelry from SHEIN or Temu for $3-5 and I paid $98 for 3 pieces.
I have learnt a valuable lesson. Always read reviews first.

If you were scammed by this website, firstly do not accept their 100% refund on the proviso that you send the crap items back. They will give you a fake address in china and claim not to have recieved them and you would have forked more in postage and tracking. First offer will be to offer you 20% refund and you keep the crap items and save yourself postage. They use an AI Bot to reply to every email so don’t bother explaining. Just say no to 20% and ask for more. I got them to 75% refund with every email whilst keeping the crap items. Again, don’t bother explaining anything- no human will be reading them. Just keep email short asking for more than what they are offering. I approached my bank and they reversed the charge. I also reported them to Scamwatch

They're a scam, my ring and earnings are worth $2 not $80....fake fake fake. Very disappointing these people get away with scamong people over and over again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE SITE.

Amanda and Oliver Jewellry is CRAP. The website is made out to be legit even trading hours and all but its FAKE. I ordered some rings and they took 3 weeks to arrive. The quality was so poor and they dont offer refunds. Im so disappointed I was sucked in! I should have read reviews first.

Do not buy from this store. It’s a dodgy Chinese business selling crap that’s come from the lucky dip. Handcrafted my ass. It’s as plastic as a coke bottle. There money back guarantee is a load of crap as well. Offered me 20% of the price back, hence why I’m writing this review.

Ordered some earrings that were advertised as hand crafted & from Sydney !! Was shipped from China & arrive a month later. Looked nothing at all like the product that was advertised. They do not do refunds even though the site says a 30day money back guarantee! DO NOT EVER buy from them. Complete scammers. Cheap & nasty materials are used also. Hugely disappointing

This is just another scam site with fake closing down story. Kora Jewelry also uses the same story and exactly the same ring photos except Kora tries to say they're 18ct white gold, it'll be the same Asian ladies running this site too. Cheap rubbish from China not worth $5

The few reviews saying what amazing company and jewellery should be taken down because they're very obviously not truthful and posted by the scammers themselves. Not one person who buys from them are happy with their purchase so don't fall for the fake reviews.

Did a reverse google search of the image they posted of the rings I purchased and the Exact same picture came up on Ali Express $7.95 absolute thieves these people are.

BEWARE !!!!! Do not get scammed like I did! I only wish I had read the reviews on this dodgy company. Looks great the jewellery on the website but it's all fake. The crap they send you is nothing like the quality jewellery they claim to make. I wouldn't wear anything they sent me. It looks like kids jewellery from a $2 shop. I can't believe this company can continue to scam people after all these reviews. They need to be shut down and fined severely.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I never received my item and get notification from the logistics company it has been returned to Amanda Oliver Jewels! I have been asking for a refund which they are refusing to do!!! I have kept every single email regarding this and will be making a complaint to Fair Trading NSW!

DO NOT GET CONNED. Total scam. Also sell as Adeline Jewelry. If products are handmade, it can only be low paid labour putting together the plastic and cheap metal pieces. I won't let the items touch my skin. They won't allow returns despite 100% guarantee of this, and they maintain the facade that you have purchased high quality material, that they are closing, etc. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
