As pictured and easy to order
The timber toots were very easy to order for my younger son and arrived in good condition as pictured. My only hesitation is that I know more colors are available at local retailers so that was a bummer but as they appeared to be the only online retailer for this product, I am pleased!

Excellent gift!
The train I ordered spells out the name of my cousin's daughter. It is so adorable that I cannot wait to order this as a gift for people in the future. This will be my new go-to baby gift!

Extremely responsive customer service
I emailed to inquire about the availability of single orde engine and caboose train pieces for the name train I ordered and received a response the next day along with the change online to be able to purchase these items.

Shipping took way to long
I ordered this on a Tuesday with 2 day shipping. As of Saturday it was still in California (destination Kansas). So 4 days later and still in California.

We are extremely sorry that you were not happy with the shipping time.
However, the confusion might be because as it states on the site, it takes 2-3 BUSINESS days to ship an item. Once an item ships, it takes a few days (based on the shipping method) to arrive at the destination.
In your case your item was ordered on Tuesday and shipped on Friday (3 days after). Once it ships it takes 2-3 business days to arrive at the destination (based on USPS estimation)
Once again, we sincerely apologize if this fact was not clearly evident. We will attempt to make this fact more clear on the site.

Disappointed
When I received the six letter train pieces with engine and caboose and the two train tracks, I liked the feel, sturdiness, and quality. What I was disappointed in was the "false advertising" you portrayed. I assumed that the picture you showed on your website would be true to the advertising. I asked in your comment box if the the 6 letters WITH engine and caboose would fit the two piece train track included in price and as the picture you had displayed. It did not! It was a waste of material. Now in the written description you said the track would fit the six-letters, which it does, but why display the picture with engine -TAYLOR - caboose on two train tracks that fit!? AND no where on your site could I purchased an extra track to fit those two extra pieces (or no where on site did you suggest buying an "8-letter" suggested price to get tracks to fit. Bad form guys. I will not reccommend you. And your prices are very reasonable. Disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are not sure which comment box and where you posted your question about the track. However, under each name train product, where you can order the tracks, we specifically state that each track fits 3 cars.6 letter name plus engine and caboose add up to 8 cars therefore you need 3 pieces of track. Extra tracks can also be purchased right on the name train page http://alphabet-trains.com/nametrain-straight-track.html
In addition, we pride ourselves in our customer service. We never received any emails from you regarding any problems. If you had let us know, we would have gladly helped you. In fact, if you still need an extra track, we are glad to send it to you free of charge.

Great product, just not great communication.
Great product and good price. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time, just was never given any tracking info and took several attempts to get in contact with.
