Four-year-old Loves It!
The item I ordered arrived promptly and my granddaughter loves it. Some of the images in the directions are not very clear and could use updating but other than that, we are quite pleased with the product!

Great product and service
Customer service was wonderful when I thought I had a problem. My 4 year old grandson received the car for his birthday present. He loved it. Imagine his excitement when it played happy birthday to him. I love the product!

Tobbi has an amazing customer service department. I had an issue with the wheel on a Mercedes for our grandson. It was resolved immediately. The car was our grandson’s favorite gift for his first birthday.

I was pleasantly surprised about a return call with a problem. The only problem I has was on one of my calls I was holding to speak tp someone then 2 minutes later the line went dead this happened twice.Response time to calls with problems was a 10 out of 10. I is a little hard to understand whoever answers calls. Tobbi is worth purchasing from.

Sent a product that had clearly been…
Sent a product that had clearly been used: scratches, missing parts, parts bent out of shape, etc. Tried to put it together, nothing worked, no motors, lots of tears. It was for my grandson for the holiday and they kept asking what was missing. When sent them pictures, they wanted me to return it and did nothing to help have it working in time. Finally got them to send return label but too late, ruined his and my holiday.

I recommend this website! We bought a ride on car for my son. He likes to ride off the cement and rides on top of rough patches. One of the wheels cracked. We tried to look for replacement online but we couldn’t find any. We even tried gluing it but it didn’t last long. We emailed them to see how much a replacement tire would cost. They emailed back and said they would send one for free. Great customer service! I highly recommend. I’m buying a second ride on car.

I haven't yet gifted it to my 2YO niece, but it is so adorable and was quite easy to assemble. I think she'll love it! There are so many charming details, from the working headlights, taillights, horn, music hook-up and door latches to the "vroom" the engine makes when it starts up.
