These alphabet trains are cute for little ones learning to spell their name. Very colorful and seem to be well made. My grandson loves trains and has had his for 3 years now. I recently bought one for my brother's grandson, 2 years old

The book is wonderful with my Grandson's name throughout. I did, however, upload a photo of him to be added to the book and it is not there. I was a little disappointed but the family didn't know so it was a lovely Easter surprise for them!

We are extremely sorry to hear that you had a problem with inclusion of the image in the storybook. There is a size constraint on the images and that is probably why your image was not uploaded. It is there to ensure image quality for the published book.
We do post the image constraint on the product page but you may have not been aware of it and we apologize if that was unclear.

Thank you for your honest review.
However, 90% of our products are customized. As such, they are made after an order is placed and shipping and delivery will understandably take longer than off-the-shelf products. We apologize if this is confusing or unclear.
In addition due to the pandemic, and for reasons beyond our control, most carriers have now waived their delivery timeline guarantees and packages may take longer to deliver.
That said, we still apologize if your experience with our service or products has been negative. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your shopping experience better.
Letter train
The customer service was so helpful when I called to ask questions. They also told me what was in stock so we could try to get it for my sons birthday which was in just a few days from when we placed the order. They made sure it arrived on time for his birthday. The train was even better than we imagined and was so glad we got the engine with the Happy Birthday on it. We would order from them again.

I was concerned about not getting confirmation of order, so I called to inquire in which they were very accommodating. Then sent a new conformation and advised me to check junk mail too. when product arrived it was well made and good quality materials.
