I wasn't able to find where the company was so I opened a chat with Frank. California. Asked if they could ship Priority Mail, he said that is the normal, great.

I paid much too much for what this item…
I paid much too much for what this item is. I won’t purchase from here again unless the price goes down. I definitely feel like I got taken. It looks like each item was simply pulled off a basic store shelf, not hand made as I anticipated. I had to buy another item to supplement this gift.

I was very excited to find your company. My son, who is 21, received and alphabet train for his first birthday. We still have it but I wasn't sure where it had been purchased. He is now expecting he is first child who will now have an alphabet train just like his daddy. Thank you!! We love it.

Happy Customer
We received an alphabet name train for our daughter as a gift and I loved it so much that I ordered three for my good friends who have childrens birthdays coming up. Through a mail delivery mix up, I did not receive my package right away, and after emailing the company my concern, Frank offered to replace my order. In the end, my package was retrieved, but I am still pleasantly surprised with their generous company policy. Good job on keeping your customers happy! I will definitely make future gift orders and recommend them!

Great gift
I ordered the train Sunday and it arrived in Seattle Thursday. Despite box being slightly mashed and the shredded newspaper not the best packing material all the letters, engine and caboose arrived in good shape.
This is a great 1st Birthday gift!

Would not buy again
The train is nice but very overpriced and paid for postage and then was charged anothe 20 dollars at the post office when I went to collect Unacceptable. Would not buy again ever

We are sorry to hear you had a problem at the post office however, we have no control on another country's tariff and excise processes or laws. The shipping fees that we charge are solely to ship a package. In your case from USA to UK...
You may want to check your local rules and regulations and contact your local post office to see why you were charged

I was pleasantly surprised by how many options that I had to select from. While I haven't yet received the product, I am anticipating being more than satisfied with it. I purchased it as a gift for my Grandson, who will be starting school in September of 2018. He loves all things train related and I am sure that it will aid him in learning to spell his full name in a fun way.

Thank you so very much for sharing your issue. We strive to serve our customers as best as we can.
Early on in our company's life-stage, we decided that our customer's privacy was of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we decided, unlike some of our competitors, not to track our customer behaviors nor to record their private information.
Unfortunately, that has introduced some disadvantages to us. Namely, when someone requests a return, we have to ask for an order number and if the customer does not provide us with that information, our job becomes more difficult. , In your case, we did ask for an order number on Thanksgiving day and since you did not have it, you provided us with your shipping address, the day after Thanksgiving (i.e Yesterday).
We had to use that information to track your order and we did confirm that you placed an order for a duplicate item by mistake and we shipped the 'correct' item to you as per your order.
However, since we do provide a 100% hassle free return policy, we have created a return label for you and will email it to you during our normal business hours (which does not include Sundays unfortunately)
We hope that this answers your problem.

Duplicate color, duplicate letter not the same size
The train is cute, but two of the six letters are the same color (I was hoping they would all be different). And the name has two “L”s in it which are side by side. One is larger than the other, noticeable to my eye.
The order arrived quickly and I think it will be a nice addition to my grandson’s bedroom.
After seeing my comments about the one letter being smaller, the company responded by replacing that letter. It looks great with the others. Thank you, Alphabet Trains.

The letters come in 6 distinct colors two of which (Orange and purple) are produced at a lower frequency than others. Therefore, for names that are 6 letter or longer, unfortunately we cannot guarantee distinct and unique colors.
As to different size letters, that is an anomaly. Please contact us at your earliest convenience s we can research the issue and replace the problematic letter train asap.

We clearly state on our site that items are shipped within 2-3 business days of the order (Saturday and Sundays are not business days). Your order was actually shipped the next day
Once we ship the item we do not have any control on how long it takes.
We did however, refund you the full shipping charges the minute we received the email from you making us aware of the issue.
If you were still unhappy, we actually can provide a full refund upon the return of the merchandise however, you did not indicate that you wanted this option
Once again, we are extremely sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your experience
