This was one of the best travel medical experiences I’ve ever had. The home doctor visit with Dr. Moreno was exceptional. She arrived quickly, she was professional, thorough, and spent the amount of time with me that patient could only dream of. The appointment was easy to make, and the service was exemplary.

The doctor was kind, respectful and listened to my concerns. It was easy using the website and very convenient.

The service was incredibly good; I needed to see a doctor in Mexico. I was able to choose a doctor online and schedule an appointment right away. I was seen immediately at the scheduled time and received treatment. The billing was handled directly through my insurance, so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I would use this service again in a heartbeat, but I hope I won’t need it again.

I was examined thoroughly, received answers to my questions and also an extensive report on the case. Very satisfied!!

I was amazed at the speed which Air Doctor responded. Within 40 minutes of my request, I was on a video call with an English/Dutch speaking Doctor who was able to write a prescription for me in France. This was at 7PM on a public holiday. The efficiency and communications of the Air Doctor staff was a superb. I highly recommend this company.

The Air Doctor service was excellent overall. Initially, getting the app and process figured out while overseas was a little challenging, so we needed to utilize the chat feature and eventually speak directly with a representative around 1 AM due to our location and the timing of our emergency. We spoke with a representative named Karen, who patiently walked us through everything we needed to do first thing on a Monday morning and even on a holiday. She was professional, calm, patient, and helped us get the care we needed when we needed it most. Once connected, the process was smooth, reassuring, and very helpful during an international travel situation.

I was able to quickly obtain a reference and appointment to a trusted medical expert nearby and available to see and treat me immediately. The app was simple to use. The reference and appointment time was under 10 minutes. Simply a great experience all around!

I’m extremely impressed with the service that I accessed with a Video call appointment. I wasn’t really sure how to do it but I got there in the end. 1 hour 20 minutes from making contact with Air Doctor to walking out of a Pharmacy with medication for a tooth abscess. The doctor was very reassuring and told me to contact him directly if my symptoms didn’t improve within a few days. Excellent and overwhelming especially when our holiday is travelling through various countries in Europe. Thank you

Absolutely love Air Doctor ! Had a medical emergency and had to use them . It was honestly a better experience than anytime I have seen a doctor in the US. I had a perfect experience. Booking was easy. The telehealth appointment was great. The app worked perfectly. A very smooth experience all the way around.

Big fat zero. When my wife was injured all they could do, via app. Was a video call with a doctor 5 hours later.
We found a nearby hospital with the help of an hotel reception guy.
Now she needs to remove her stitches, here come the app. again. Video meeting.
If you are a bot get their service, they have a lovely bot on whatsapp too. For human patients, take another medical service.

Air Doctor has connected me with an English-speaking doctor here in Valencia. Even though I am 7 hours ahead of USA CDT, I received a response as well as follow up in a timely fashion. The doc has made house calls to my apartment on a Saturday and a Friday after 6:00 PM. I cannot fully express my gratitude in words for all the help I have received.

I was very happy to find this service! I was able to get a video visit with a physician promptly and get care.

Trying to register. Asks for DoB. Pops up calendar. Need to move back one month at a time. At my age, that's 750+ individual clicks. There is no other way to ensure DoB.
Trying to make support understand. They don't get it.
Basic website functionality fail. Doesn't really inspire confidence.

I was abroad and became unwell, contacted Air Doctor via my travel insurance. Very easy, efficient and effective service. Dr was friendly and very helpful, had a prescription to pick up within minutes.

I dispute the response to my very negative review. I received zero communication about my appointment either on email or text. Instead of investigating and making this right, this company charged me. No amount of refuting my review changes the fact that I did not receive communications despite repeated checking and that they made no attempt to figure out a path forward.
