The service is very easy to use and efficient. I chose the camera consultation. Only had to wait 40 mins for a face to face online consultation which happened on time. I needed a prescription which was emailed to me to present at a local pharmacy in Spain. I was very impressed by the Doctor I spoke to I felt she listened to me.

Excellent experience. I’m happy that I booked the online appointment. Described my symptoms and felt listened to. I was prescribed an antibiotic and there was an issue with the pharmacy but air doctor fixed it immediately and made sure I got my prescription.

I fell ill in Panama. I used Air Doctor through Allyz to get medical care, and they connected me with Hoyel P.C., a reputable JCI-certified clinic. We chose a visit to our hotel room.

Dr. Sakr was excellent. The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. The doctor was on time and comprehensive. I felt well cared for and confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. I highly recommend Hotel P.C. and Dr. Sakr.

On another note, Allynz was great! One call and a reservation on their app, and everything was handled. As a very seasoned traveler, 6-7 trips abroad a year, I wouldn't travel without Allyz Insurance. Maybe you will never need it, but if you do, they have your back all the way. It's so cheap for the peace of mind you get. Before we used Allyz years ago, I got sick in Italy, and just finding a doctor was a chore; then getting a prescription filled was another story. The App and customer service alone are worth the cost.

Awful awful experience and everything in writing. First app didn’t register my cover. Second despite informing air doctor via WhatsApp they didn’t fix it and told me to phone UK which wasted hours of my time and money. My insurer sent me back to air doctor who promptly solved the issue on the chat. Why didn’t they do this straight away!!
Then booked clinic appointments all of which were refused. Air Doctor didn’t give a reason - I got one the next day spoke to clinic and the clinic said they had to refuse appointments the day before because air Doctor never went through GOP. I was very sick and air doctor basically through sheer admin negligence stoped me accessing medical care. The worst part about it is all in writing.

A fantastic experience. Our doctor came to our hotel late one night while becoming ill during vacationing in Bali and received incredible professional care. Highly recommend the service and Dr Ellis and her assistant were incredible.

I was very disappointed with this service when attempting to see a doctor in Gdansk. On several separate occasions I booked appointments on their app only to be told that none of the slots or doctors selected were available. I wasted a day in getting medical attention.
