I used this service to get an urgent appointment with a doctor regarding an eye infection. I was travelling abroad and it was night time, I could not reach the local hospital or speak to a local doctor on the phone.

I found this service online and signed up at around midnight. Within 30 minutes, an automated message simply told me there was no doctor available.

So there's that. For a platform that advertises that doctors are available 24/7 for urgent care, my experience simply tells me that it's not true and it wasted my time.

Nothing but positives, it’s a bit of work filling in all needed information but what is asked makes total sense. Regardless the whole process from finding the app/website to speaking to a doctor was around 20m at much lower cost as other “tourist options”. Also the automated guidance from the platform was great.no friction at all. Highly recommended. I might even change my familly doctor into this, much better 😆

It was very easy to use not expensive and the Dr was very thorough I received my receipt and prescription in my emails and was able go to pharmacy in morning and receive my medication.. easier than going to dr in Australia
