Dr. Farhat from Doctorsa was attentive to my needs, asked appropriate questions, listened to my concerns and provided the necessary information immediately. We are fortunate to have such a service available.

I worked on this platform as a GMC-registered doctor for about 3 weeks, completing 90+ consultations and earning 33 five-star patient reviews.

My account was then suspended and moved to termination without a clear explanation of any new breach following a prior issue that had already been addressed. No consultation-level details or evidence were provided to justify the final decision.

Booking the consultation was very simple and I received an appointment time only 20 minutes after applying . The Dr was very helpful and understood my condition. Medication was prescribed to help me out & the prescription arrived via email soon after the consultation. Excellent service, will definitely use again if needed.

I was apprehensive about using this service whilst travelling in France and my Daughter became ill but I needn’t have worried. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. I put in details of my daughters illness and was given quickly a variety of options to help. I opted for a call and was contacted quickly by the Doctor. She messaged and asked for photos and then we called and discussed the problem and best ways to deal with it. Advice was given and a prescription sent. We were sorted in about half an hour which was so helpful as we were away for our holiday. We could take the prescription to our nearest pharmacy and give the medicine needed quickly. I would definitely use this service again especially when being away and poorly can be such a worry. This took away a lot of the stress and worry involved.

Within 1 hours I had completed my Doctor appointment, received my emailed prescription from the Doctor, and had the Pharmacy prescription filled! Awesome customer service!

Prompt and exceptionally helpful

I was feeling quite unwell over the weekend while at home in Amsterdam and wasn’t able to see my GP. I was able to quickly book an appointment with Doctorsa, received a prescription for antibiotics, and picked them up from my local pharmacy straight away.
Truly an incredible service—I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Travelling from Canada and needing to speak to a Dr in Holland was a bit unnerving. However the process of seeing the Dr virtually and within a very short period of time was beyond my expectations. This resulted in being emailed a digital prescription which I took straight to the pharmacy and obtained the prescribed medication.
