I got sick while on vacation, this was very convenient, to do a video call from my hotel room. The response was quick, the doctor spoke English and I was able to get a perscription that morning so I could start feeling better and continue on with my vacation. Thank you!

Doctor was very punctual and helpful. He took all the necessary time to understand the problem and to address it accordingly. He explained multiple times on how to take the medicine to make sure i understood correctly. Thanks a lot.

Superb service. Had a medical issue whilst in Menorca. Within an hour of being on the site I had scheduled an appointment, had a video call with a Spanish doctor and had my prescription emailed to me which I got fulfilled at the local pharmacy the next day. There was a great selection of doctors to choose from at an incredibly reasonably price and plenty of appointments available at very short notice. Couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the service and speed.

I was sceptical about this service but was travelling and had no other option as was unsure of how to get help otherwise. Anyway so glad I did. A doctor got in touch that had relevant experience of my (unusual!) problem and the country I was in so not only gave me medical advice but also advice on how to proceed. I found this by accident when looking for a doctor on my holiday in Spain I thought about it for 20 mins then thought I've nothing to lose. When traveling to my hotel, I had a video call from a doctor. And a prescription send by pdf. Went to a pharmacy.. done and dust within 33 mins. Could not recommend this enough . A must for every tourist.

This was a lifesaver when I got a nasty eye infection on vacation with my family. I got an appointment in 20 minutes and picked up my prescribed antibiotics 10 minutes later. Highly recommend!

My daughter became poorly in Tenerife with high temp etc I made the appointment and was seen via video call within 20 mins,doctor was really helpful,professional and was able to diagnose and prescribe medicine for her which we collected for at a local pharmacy,it was my first time using the service but I would absolutely recommend
