When opening the account over a…
When opening the account over a weekend, kept seeing same message that I needed to open the App to add funds - no mention that have to wait until working day. When going to add funds, cannot see the account name anywhere, just account number and sort code. I therefore didn't know if I should add my prefix, or use my first initials... thankfully ok using only first and last names.
It wasn't possible to make the deposit over the weekend because it appears you couldn't give me my bank details until a working day (which was only a presumption because I wasn't informed).

Deposits can be made at any time, including over weekends and outside working hours. On some occasions, additional account-opening steps may need to be completed before the account is ready to receive funds, which may explain why you were unable to add funds straight away.
We also appreciate your feedback about the account name not being clearly displayed when making a deposit. We understand how this could be confusing and have shared this with our team to help improve the customer experience.

Great communication, strong legal support, fast
The lender was very easy to communicate with and has been supporting the process from day one to the end, additionally thx to using the same solicitors for the lender and borrower helped immensely to speed up the process. All the experience has been very positive. Recommended.

Great fixed 5 year rate
Great fixed 5 year rate, app was easy to use, although I had issues with the verification process, but after several attempts of various utility bills the AI finally approved the account. Great rate of interest and like that I can go in and check the daily added interest.

So far so good...the app was easy to sign up with and I got registered easily. The app shows a daily balance showing the total invested plus the interest.
