Poor and slow delivery and…
Poor and slow delivery and communications. Orders intime for recipients birthday but delivery was delayed. Difficult to deal with.
Edit: Even though A Day In History have replied to this review, given the review was made on 8th December and their reply arrived on 23rd January, this only reinforces my review and the poor and slow communications they have.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I’m really sorry that the delivery and communication didn’t meet expectations, especially as the order was intended for a birthday - I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
We were genuinely overwhelmed with demand over the Christmas period, and while that gives some context, we do fully own that we missed our target for dispatching some orders. Since then, we’ve put extra resources in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
I’ve also requested more information from you on this platform so I can look into your case specifically and understand whether we could have handled your query better at the time. We’re always open to feedback like this, as it helps us improve how we operate.

This company will not respond to…
This company will not respond to emails. I made an error in my submission asking them to amend it and I will pay the charges. Absolutely nothing except taking my original £29.99 fee. Not acceptable given my politeness, they just come across as fraudulent. Would not recommend them
