Acqua Garden Omdömen 

Their website looks slick. I ordered £62 worth of goods and after promising delivery in a few days, two weeks later I received a single 3 inch sunflower which I didn’t order. I get the feeling this company is very disorganised and whether you get your order is a matter of luck. They have given me my refund but I had to go via PayPal to find a contact person. There are much better gardening companies than this so go elsewhere

Having waited nearly a month for my plant order, I have received very sub standard items with 2 items missing. I have emailed Aquagarden several times with no response. I have now disputed the item with my credit card provider. See details of the issues below:

1 I ordered two ’Sugar Baby’ watermelons which were not delivered and no explanation has been offered.
2 The raspberries (2 x 2 ltr pots) appear to be 2 different sizes ie one pot is smaller that the other, and they are not ‘plants’ they are 2 twigs stuck in a pot. They dont even appear to have rooted and appear dead. When I buy 'plants in 2 litre pots', I expected them to be rooted plants with some leaves. I can take 2 twigs and stick them in a pot for far less that £18.95. Bare rooted raspberry twigs are not the same as ‘plants in a 2 ltr pot’.

BLIMEY after reading the reviews wish I had looked prior to ordering!!!!!

I ordered 2x Zephirine Drouhin roses and received 2x roses with vicious thorns and the flower is white with pink edge definitely NOT the roses I ordered they said they would send replacements but weeks later NOT answering my emails for a timeframe and I still haven’t received any plants.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Tracking details said RM were awaiting receiving the package.

Never received item? Emailed twice & had no reply. Found a telephone number on Google for the company but it was a domestic number & the owner said the company are using their number.
Tried a different number on Facebook, it wasn't working!
Very disappointing.

Order took over 24 days to arrive as there was a delay with their suppliers, which is fair enough, but I had to chase them about it.
When my order arrived I had a small freebie( which was nice) for the delay in delivery. Unfortunately half the order was missing. I counted them on 4 occasions with no response, so I had to go through PayPal to get a refund

My plants arrived with the stems snapped off and soil leaking out of the pots. I paid for next day delivery and despite their 'refund' policy, the company has failed to acknowledge my complaint. Avoid

Ordered some cabbage. Instead was sent spring onions which I didn’t want. Value significantly less than the £20 order. No reply to multiple e mails. Finally tracked down phone no… no response. Professional looking website appears to be a con.

Still have yet to receive my order.
They dispatched the rose I ordered on Tuesday and it is now Friday and still nothing + silence from them after I have reached out about it.
Issues:
• Not responding to my communication.
• They have sent a live plant via Royal Mail which is...unreliable to say the least, and Awuagarden -a live plant company- have chosen to send it not by the ‘24 tracked’ service you’d expect for a company sending plants, but have sent it via the ‘48’ service.
• Not only has it not arrived since they said it had been despatched, the tracking indicates Royal Mail haven’t even received it yet though it’s now Friday.
So if this rose does ever show up I dread to think what state it will be in.

For the complete nonexistent communication and me having to chase them up first about this, I would definitely avoid ordering from here again. It’s a stark contrast to an extremely positive experience I have had with another plant company this same week that makes this all the more disappointing.

Plant damaged and message sent received no correspondence back.

Great quality plants I have ordered from acqua gardens a number of times and they never fail one of the best companies to get your plants from

Good prices, some delays with delivery outwith their control. Still quite satisfactory, plants are good.

The plants came reasonably quickly and were healthy looking. Since potting them up they are doing well. This is the second time I have bought the Carolina reapers from Aqua Garden and have been happy with the service on both occasions.

I ordered Polka raspberry plants in 2L pots. However, the plants I received were extremely small. They looked more like recently propagated plugs placed into larger pots rather than established 2-year-old plants.
While they arrived alive, the size and maturity were disappointing and did not match expectations for the description. I accepted them at the time, but the size should be clearer for customers.

Celery was really good plugs, just waiting for rest, but communication is not that great

Disappointed that my order was cancelled and although refunded there was no explanation or apology.

Good products, well packaged, quick delivery.
