I want to share my experience with ACMER.
Although I had a small issue with my module, I am confident that it doesn’t reflect the quality of the equipment at all — these things can happen to anyone, and the machine itself is excellent. I chose ACMER because I truly believe in the brand and the quality of their products.

What really made a difference for me was the customer support. The assistance I received from Roi was outstanding from beginning to end. He was always attentive, patient, and very professional. He followed up on my case every step of the way and made me feel supported at all times. His dedication and kindness made this process so much easier for me.

Because of that, I feel even more confident in ACMER as a company. A great product is important, but great support is priceless, and Roi’s attention was a 10/10. Thank you so much for the amazing service and for helping me resolve everything quickly.

P3 2in1 Great product, easy to set up and performs really well. Initially bought for accurately cutting leather but soon found myself using it for many other applications. Having never used a laser before I was surprised how simple it was to use. I haven't tried the software app, choosing to use lightburn but no issues there and again, pretty simple to use.

Worst customer support. Delivery takes months

I bought a P3 48w Laser with air assist, smoke air purifier, 4in1 rotary chuck, and extended riser legs for taller projects. This is a world class setup to take you to the next level! Compared to other lasers, my experience has been great getting to learn the laser and lightburn software. I am running an older version of windows, so it took a little bit of playing to dial in my setup, but it truly was not that difficult. Once set, the speed of the laser is something that separates it from my older laser. The power in this diode laser will make most projects a breeze. The machine is well build and virtually no major assembly needed. The camera is very helpful when setting up a project. The customer service team is fantastic and well versed in the machine. Overall, I can count on my P3 to be the workhorse in my shop for my products. Looking forward to growing the number of Acmer lasers I have to build inventory and develop new products! Thank you Acmer for designing and building a solid machine the average person can learn and grow with.

The P3's working area fits large wooden signs, and the dual lasers let me jump from leather coasters (diode) to aluminum dog tags (IR) without swapping machines. Love the CoreXY smoothness-no more blurry edges on curved designs. Cut 20mm acrylic for a lamp shade yesterday, and it went through cleanly. The software syncs perfectly with my mac, so I can tweak designs while it runs. Their service is to help me, Total beginneer-friendly but powerful enough for serious crafts.

At the beginning, I had no idea about the corexy structure. But after I used P3 to carve on oak, I began to understand the importance of structure. The CoreXY structure with industrial rails eliminates vibration entirely—my 0.5mm text on oak stays crisp. Switching between the diode and IR laser takes 1 second, no tools needed. Just engraved 20 stainless steel keychains yesterday and cut 5mm MDF panels this morning—same machine, zero downtime. The enclosed design keeps dust contained too. Worth every penny for batch work!

J’ai commandé une ACMER P3 2-in-1 avec plusieurs accessoires (Z-axis, tête laser, etc.) directement sur leur site officiel. Dès la réception, la machine présentait de nombreux problèmes :

Problèmes de calibrage impossibles à corriger

Le capot déclenche la sécurité en permanence (mauvais design du Z-axis)

Câble du module laser trop court pour être utilisé avec leur propre Z-axis

Module laser reçu défectueux (fumée anormale, ventilateur HS)

J’ai contacté leur support immédiatement. Résultat : plus de 70 emails échangés pour aucune solution claire pendant des semaines.

Le support est :

Lent (minimum 24h par réponse)
Incompétent techniquement
Évasif (élude les questions techniques)
Malhonnête (réponses contradictoires, information fausse)

Ils m’ont demandé d’ouvrir et démonter la machine moi-même, alors qu’elle est neuve, et même de désactiver une sécurité interne via un code pour “contourner le problème” au lieu de le résoudre. Inacceptable pour une machine à presque 2000 €.

Après avoir enfin accepté un remplacement, ils ont promis un envoi express UPS (confirmé par écrit)… et ont malgré tout envoyé en standard, ignorant totalement ma demande urgente. Quand j’ai demandé des preuves d’expédition, ils m’ont fourni des informations fausses et ont essayé de me faire croire que le suivi UPS “ne s’actualiserait qu’à l’arrivée dans mon pays”. UPS a confirmé que c’était totalement faux.

J’ai dû me battre pour obtenir le minimum, et ils n’ont jamais assumé leurs responsabilités. Même aujourd’hui, leur “support” continue de minimiser la situation au lieu de la résoudre correctement.

Je déconseille totalement ACMER

For custom jewelry engravers, precision is non-negotiable. The ACMER P2+A2 IR laser's 0.03mm spot size puts my ols machine to shame - I engraved a 2cm-long silver pendent with fine text, and every letter was crystal clear. Last week, I used its tarnish removal function on a vintage metal sign, and it looks brand new. I unboxed it at 2 PM, set up the Lightburn in 10 minutes and started engraving. I finished three orders before dinner.

The P3 48W is perfect for large-scale wood cutting (30mm pine - yes, it cuts through!), while the P2 IR laser is ideal for detailed metalworking. The P3's powerful cutting performance handles thick materials, while the P2 IR's detailed metal engraving capabilities save me from sanding down old pieces. Both machines are Lightburn-compatible, so I don't need to install new software. ACMER's service seems to be getting better all the time, and they'll contact you via WhatsApp to help you resolve any issues quickly. As someone who sells crafts online, these machines have boosted my production and customer reviews.

I bought an A500 camera.
My computer didn’t recognised it; even if I have updated Windows 10, his drivers, the BIOS/UEFI, Chipset drivers, and low level USB drivers.
I had support from vendor, with a remote session, and WhatsApp discussions.
Now the camera works fine, after having bought a fast USB 3 powered hub, and put it between the computer's USB and the A500 camera.

I bought the Acmer P2 laser almost a month ago. I unpacked it and tried it out the same day I received it.
The laser's precision wasn't accurate. I thought it was due to the calibration of the A500 Lightburn camera. I reinstalled and calibrated it.

The margin of error remained. I contacted customer service frequently, but they constantly referred me to YouTube videos about the installation.

I repeated the installation and calibration several times (including on a different computer), but nothing helped to get the laser accurate.

I contacted customer service numerous times and indicated at least three or four times that I wanted to return the laser (because I'm not satisfied), but Acmer seems to be blocking this for some unknown reason.

I didn't receive a return address or return label.

I would advise against buying from them.

placed an order with ACMER on 16 July 2025 for a refurbished laser engraver. The advertised shipping time was 3–7 working days, yet I spent almost a month chasing updates, receiving contradictory messages, and hearing repeated broken promises before finally cancelling the order.

Timeline of events:
• 23 July – Told I’d get a tracking code “tomorrow.” Nothing arrived.
• 25 July – Told the order was blocked because an engineer was away, but it would be prioritised the next week. It wasn’t.
• 4 August – Told my order would “ship tomorrow” and I’d get a tracking number immediately. Never happened.
• 8 August – Told it had already shipped and I’d get a tracking number that day. Three days later they admitted they were still “contacting the engineer,” directly contradicting the earlier claim.
• 11 August – Promised an update “tomorrow.” No update was sent.

After weeks of wasted time, multiple false assurances, and no confirmed shipment, I had no choice but to request cancellation and a full refund on 11 August. Even that required further chasing, with confirmation of cancellation only arriving 13 August and a further wait for the refund to appear in my account.

This experience cost me valuable time and disrupted my own projects. Communication was inconsistent, contradictory, and unreliable. If you value your time and need a supplier who delivers on commitments, I cannot recommend ACMER.

I purchased a P2 20w and from the beginning nothing it problems!
Error codes, jamming of the laser, rehoming issues, and after support finally assisted me... noticed bent wheel, bolt and frayed belts.
After they acknowledged that is defective and agreed to replace with a new one. I am advised it is 6 weeks because it is coming from China.
They offered to send me a belt. I declined as I did NOT pay for a DIY project. I already felt uncomfortable attempting to unloosen the belt. I didn't want to be blamed if something broke.
Well, it was already broken.
I was informed to wait for today. I reached out and I have been blocked from all communication from the company!!!! Their Facebook page has me blocked. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
