If I could go back in time, I would never buy from this company. It has caused me so much unnecessary stress.

I ordered a P2 Laser but it arrived faulty. Support was extremely slow, asked for endless video proof, and we went back and forth for over a month. Their return policy charges ~30%, which isn't even legal in the EU. I ended up taking it to a local engineer who found the cables were defective. It works now — no thanks to Acmer.

On top of that, I ordered materials that were never shipped. When I contacted them, they offered something completely different. Getting a refund has been a nightmare — they keep requesting private information that they have no legal right to ask for. They are legally obligated to refund undelivered products, yet they make it as difficult as possible.

Support is unfriendly, unhelpful, and not solution-oriented. I have never experienced anything this bad. Stay away from this company.

j ai acheter la graveuse laser s1 pro, et quand j ai voulu l utiliser la tête laser ne fonctionnait pas , donc j envoi un mail pour leur signalé et il mon proposer de faire des tests par rapport a la tête laser , j ai fait le premier test et c était pareil, et par la suite il fallait encore faire d autres tests et la je leur ai dit que cela n était pas de ma compétence, apres leur avoir envoyer des vidéos et pas mal de mail je suis toujours dans l attente de la nouvelle tete laser et cela faire 2 mois et le problème n est toujours pas résolu. pour moi le SAV n est pas très professionnel et je ne vous parle pas de la GARANTI ........

Acmer P3 2in1, c'est une très bonne machine, la finition et la qualité est excellente, très simple à utilisé.
La livraison très rapide pour la France.
Le service client est très réactif avec une bonne communication.
Je recommande très fortement cette marque et ce produit qui de multiple avantage.

From when I firstly ordered my ACMER P3,I was given tracking details and it arrived in a short time.
A surprisingly big box came,once I unboxed it,the setting up/using it/connecting it to a pc was so easy.
A very well put together machine,with an amazing speed thanks to it's clever design.
The integrated camera makes ensuring your cuts are perfect.
Highly recommended for any laser enthusiast,especially with the choice of different lasers to fit this.

Ich habe jetzt seid ca. 1 Jahre den Acmer p3 48 Watt Laser. Leider hatte ich In diesem einen Jahr vermehrt Probleme mit der Referenzfahrt. Grund dafür war ein Kabelbruch vom Endschalter an der x Achse. Ein halbes Jahr später dann auf der y Achse. Bei allen Problemen, wurde mir von seitens des kundersupport Acmer
Immer weitergeholfen. Ob es bei der Anfang die schnelle Antwort, Problemlösung oder die Zusendung von kostenlose Ersatzteil. Die Unterstützung ist wirklich vorbildlich und lobenswert.
Noch mal Danke an das Acmer Team.

Acmer's customer service team is exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. I received an S1 engraver as a gift but the box was missing one small component. Acmer's team were prompt to reply and help me get the issue resolved. Very excited to use my S1!

This unit P2 33w was the easiest to set up. I have had no problems engraving cutting and engraving on metal coated containers using the rotary attachment

Ho voluto acquistare la Acmer P3 2in1, dopo aver letto tante recensioni di tante macchine laser di vari produttori, prima di tutto perché stavo acquistando da un' azienda affermata nel campo laser e poi è quella che mi ha dato molte risposte alle mie domande di scelta. Posso dire con fermezza e certezza che ho fatto il miglior acquisto e sto avendo tante soddisfazioni per ora nel campo amatoriale e chissà un domani....

Почти год назад я заказал лазерный станок acmer p1 s pro 20w, но к сожалению у меня через пару месяцев работы сгорела лазерная голова. Я обратился в поддержку acmer, они быстро и оперативно мне ответили, я обозначил им свою проблему, на что они давали мне инструкции, пытались помочь решить проблему, но это не помогло. В конце концов они выслали мне новую голову абсолютно бесплатно и даже доставка бесплатная. На данный момент станок отлично работает. Новая голова даже лучше старой. ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО КОМПАНИИ ЗА ОКАЗАННУЮ ПОМОЩЬ!!!!!!! СПАСИБО, ВАМ БОЛЬШОЕ!!!

ACMER P3 has been a crucial component in my new startup. The collaboration with ACMER's team helped me develop a tailored plan, leading to the purchase of the P3 48w, and the 2-in-1 laser head, M4 chuck Rotary, CF1 auto conveyor, and AP220 air purifier.
While there are many laser manufacturers available, ACMER stood out as a one-stop shop. Although it's possible to buy accessories from other manufacturers and work through some challenges with universal components, ACMER's comprehensive offerings made the process seamless.
Because of my new bond with ACMER, and complete satisfaction, I'm waiting on my new ASCARVA S4 router to be delivered this week.

I bought an Acmer P3 24w and it engraves perfectly but we had an issue after the 3 month exchange warranty, but Acmer Factory and Customer Service has been there for us all the time and trying to solve the issue. That is the most important part of buying something… Customer Service Top Notch!!! Highly recommend Acmer !!

Ordered an Acmer p3 2 in 1 and the 48W module as well as the rotary and feed extensions. I have had a minor issue with the glass on the 2in1 laser module being broken and so I contacted Acmer customer service. It takes around d 1 to 2 days to get replies but overall they have been friendly and helpful. They have promised to send me a new part at no cost to cover the damaged one. I am yet to receive the part but I have no fears of this being honoured so far. The order went through and all items arrived very well packaged quickly and in good condition with only the 48W module taking a longer time as it was not in stock locally and was shipped from china via the local eu distribution (so longer time by about 10 days but still no tax to be covered by me). Overall a good experience ao far even with a minor unfortunately damaged part.

Tuve un problema con un cabezal láser y la asistencia técnica fué excelente dando todo tipo de explicaciones y orientaciones. Me van a remitir un nuevo cabezal en sustitución del defectuoso.

The Acmer P1 S Pro Laser Engraver is perfect for me. I use this to etch, cut and donate puzzles for a non-profit group that supports women and children affected by human trafficking. Everyone who sees the puzzles says they are perfect for kids. Great machine and easy to use.

The laser engraver works great. I use LaserGRBL with my Acmer S1 and have great results engraving plastic, anodized metal, and wood. Customer service is also fantastic as they arranged for a replacement part to be sent ASAP. Thank you!
