I picked up an ACMER P3 with both the diode and IR modules, and also got the AP220 air purifier right away. Been using it for a while now, and overall I’m really happy with it so far.

I mostly use the diode module for plywood and leather, and it handles both without any issues. I specifically got the IR module for metal because marking metal used to be a real headache before. Now I can make labels and small logos properly without wasting time messing around with settings. Also, it’s nice not having to keep two separate machines in the workshop.

Another thing I liked is that the machine comes basically ready to use. I’ve seen enough “DIY assembly” machines where you lose half a day just setting everything up. With this one, I just unpacked it, connected everything, and started working. The enclosed корпус also turned out to be really useful — less noise, and way less smoke and dust spreading around.

I was also pleasantly surprised by ACMER’s software. It’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. It definitely doesn’t fully replace LightBurn, but for quick and simple jobs it works great. The camera runs smoothly too, unlike LightBurn where it sometimes lags.

The AP220 filter was a good surprise as well. Suction power is strong, and it’s actually quieter than I expected. Before, when cutting plywood, the whole workshop would smell like burnt wood. Now it’s noticeably better.

ACMER is supporting me very well. My P3 belts were not listed on the website, and they quickly sourced the belts I needed, and with prompt delivery. I have also ordered a 48/24W laser head and other spare parts. They are currently working on quoting me spare wire harnesses for my P3 as well. I started with an S1, and I run both machines at the same time.

Like my Acmer P3, 48 watt. Still on a steep learning curve. The lens cover feel off and got damaged. Needed to replace it. Contacted Acmer, and a replacement will be provided from the warehouse.

One of my friends went through a laser engraving phase and after they had their fun with it gave it to me unfortunately he lost the laser cover but the support team was quick to help me with getting a replacement for it and I'm looking forward to trying it out myself but all of his engravings turned out super clear and he hasn't had any issues with it so I'm beyond excited to get the replacement part ordered and start engraving everything in my apartment

Ha sido una experiencia satisfactoria, aunque cuando me llegó hubo algún problema, me ofrecieron el cambio por una máquina totalmente nueva y retiraban la anterior, por cuestiones de tiempo y demás preferí la devolución y una vez comprobado por su parte todo ha sido un buen final, comunicativos y comprensivos, no todo es cuestión solo de que el producto sea bueno o no, que no es malo, sino el trato de la empresa y tu personal, un trato excelente en todo momento, un placer poder comprar con esa tranquilidad

I genuinely regret buying from Acmer. The positive reviews are extremely misleading.

I bought the P2 and it has been nothing but issues from day one. It’s unreliable, frustrating to use, and clearly not a polished product.

What’s even worse is their customer service. It’s an absolute nightmare. They stall, deflect, and make the return process as difficult as possible. It feels intentional.

When you finally manage to send the unit back, they’ll claim everything is “working perfectly” and still charge you a 20% restocking fee. It’s a complete joke.

This company does not stand behind their product, and they definitely don’t care about the customer experience.

Do yourself a favor. stay far away. There are plenty of better, more reputable laser printing companies that won’t put you through this.

Pues la verdad la experiencia ha sido muy muy buena, me regalaron esta impresora para mi cumpleaños y tuve un problema con ella, hablé con el fabricante y tras enviarle el vídeo del problema, me dijeron que sus técnicos ya sabían cuál era y que le enviase una pieza que me enviaban una nueva y exacto ese era el problema, así que tengo que destacar que el trato, rapidez y capacidad de solución del fabricante fue de lo mejor que he visto nunca.

I contacted Acmer Laser back on November 24th with a question about purchasing a machine. I received an initial reply stating that my question had been forwarded to their "technical experts" and that I should wait patiently for an email.

It is now 4 months later, and absolutely no one has contacted me. If it is this difficult to get a response when you are trying to buy a laser, I can only imagine how terrible their after-sales support must be once they actually have your money. Terrible customer service and zero follow-through.

Reach out to them about multiple issue they help fix them as well as I moved and in the move I lost the laser cover and they gave me a few different options they could help me get one great customer service I will continue to use there products and will be a customer of there for a long time

My P2 33W burner simply wouldn't start one fine morning... I contacted ACMER's customer service by email, and they responded within 48 hours, beginning to assess the problem. They asked me for photos and videos so that their (excellent) engineers could find the right solution. After exchanging parts and receiving very helpful instructions via videos and photos, my burner was back in its place in my workshop, and I was able to complete my current orders. Thank you all, and sorry to have disrupted some of your New Year's celebrations... Best regards.

I had lost some.parts for my laser engraver. ACMER customer service was extremely helpful and helped me figure out what parts I needed.

Une machine pratique avec lequel on peut s'amuser facilement

The manufacturer is very responsive, which is quite rare. I had a problem with the focal lens, possibly due to my mistake, and I couldn't buy these lenses for my model yet, but the manufacturer said they would send me two lenses since I had asked them so much. Thank you so much!

The customer support is non existent!!!! No way to reach them!

I am using an Acmer S1 6 watt for engraving black slate and white tile coasters. The machine was easy to set up. I adjusted the machine to the engraving program I am using and just started going.

It has been fun and is quickly becoming an amazing hobby!!

Com atendimento, precisei utilizar o suporte para resolver uma questão e fui super bem atendido, tiveram agilidade para resolver o problema e para enviar a peça que precisava. Atenciosamente nota 10.

I bought a p2 33watt, it arrived quite quickly and I had it up and running in no time, I used it for about a month but then realized the power was reducing I contacted acmer, and after doing some tests on their behalf found that three of the diodes in the laser head had stopped working they arranged a replacement which took a couple of weeks to come and that is fitted and working fine I have returned to the old one to them with a return label paid by them
