We had a water pipe that went wrong and flooded our kitchen on a Sunday. Problem was reported and we had Paul who attended within 2 hours. Paul was great, sympathetic and knowledgable and had it fixed in no time. Abri then called first thing Monday to check how everything was and arranged for a dehumidifier to be delivered and setup by lunch time.

Callum was an absolute pleasure to talk to, he was polite, friendly and helpful individual. His knowledge of the company helped me sort out my issue and get the help I needed faster. He is a credit to Abri, thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Abri heating engineer Nicky came she was friendly and polite she explained everything to me did the job no mess and she was very efficient.Thankyou very much Nicky and Abri .

I had a recurring issue that kept being patched up. Jordon came and actually replaced the part that was causing the issue. He was firstly apologetic that I had to make another appointment as someone was already out a few weeks prior, but he said he would do what was needed to fix the issue. He was friendly and actually communicated with me. Made me feel at ease as I know it can be strange for single women to have a male in their home. He worked quickly, efficiently and tidily. Definitely a good representative of Abri.

Thanks to Lucian, who came out to fix my shower and fitted a new one and taps. Very pleased with it and nice friendly guy. Efficient to. Thanks

After telling John my gas pipe had broken brackets he reported it. John then come back week later fitted new fixings. Then checked everything was working and no leaks.

Unprofessional and poorly trained, vans left for days on end badly parked and blocking driveways

Wow, its best from the best. Can imagine they ask what colour wall i want. I never been choosing colour for my home. Always lived caravan or boats.
Now i have real home, my place with my 2 cats. Im so like house, easy communication with Abri Management. Its 5* from me. I love your house you give for me. Thank you so much. Im more happy here.

After a water leak which affected the electrics, I had Matthew sent round to address the issues.
He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and did the work efficiently and tidily, brilliant job done..many thanks

Spoke with Fiona as my bathroom tap was not working no water was coming out she phoned me with a cancellation and the job got done very quickly. Turn down it was a sticking valve in the taps so the taps needed changing. Fiona's friendly organised and professional at all times. Very happy thank you

I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, but after seeing Abri promote themselves on LinkedIn and other platforms as being committed to their tenants, I felt compelled to share my experience.

Sadly, my experience has been the complete opposite. The complaints service has been extremely disappointing, with poor communication, no follow ups , just delays, and a lack of meaningful action

Judging by my experience, the tenancy agreement seems to be optional when it comes to breaches by other residents in communal areas. If you’re affected, don’t expect them to be dealt with promptly or effectively.

I have been left feeling ignored and undervalued. Giving one star feels generous

Joshua was quick and straight to it didnt take long and made my sons day one fixed window great team member and was there on time even when I wasn’t waited for me and wasn’t a problem well done abri housing one happy customer !!!!!

Jason came to look at a tap that had been leaking for a while as it wasnt something i could repair, he saw the problem straightaway and showed me what he had to do, he replaced the broken part , also checked the tap to see if it was ok, he was very quick, very tidy and left no mess. Thank you Jason!

A faulty part was found on my boiler during the gas inspection. The tradesman Peter who came to replace it was really friendly and pleasant, he was also conscious not to wear shoes on the carpet and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend him!!
