Spoke to Andrew about advice on what to do with cooker he was very polite and patient nothing was to much trouble he dealt with problem happy customer

I would like to thank a staff member named Joe who was extremely helpful with my query regarding my bathroom adaptation request. Every time I spoke to him he assured me he would call me back with any updates, negative or positive and he did this on every occasion. He chased up my query, managed to speak to the person who was dealing with my query and called me back with a positive update. He was so kind on the phone and very patient with my questions. This has been an ongoing issue for months and months and it was so nice to speak with someone who really cared so many thanks to him and I hope he gets recognised for his good work.

Richard and Gordon came to fix something to do with my hot water tank both men were punctual,polite and tidy

William listened to the problem and helped to get it rectified as soon as possible

I had a problem with my toilet cistern not filling after flushing. I called abri who sent out Patrick. He took one look and replaced the fittings, making sure all was working well before he left. Very happy with the service.

Had Richard attend to repair window handle he repaired two and even adjusted my front door latch ! Richard was very polite and helpful and got job done 👍

IVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY LOUDLY BANGING DOOR EVER SINCE I MOVED IN IN 2022. MARK (A CARPENTER) CAME OUT TODAY AND HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM ( WHICH WAS ADJUSTMENT OF THE DOOR SELF CLOSING MECHANISUM ).
MARK WAS SO HELPFULL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I had a lovely lady called Charlotte come to my house to fix my hot water tank. She was very polite, friendly and arrived on time. When Charlotte had fixed my problem, she explained very clearly what she’d done and everything she’d checked to hopefully make sure it wouldn’t happen again for a long time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Abri should be proud to have someone like her working for them.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. BULLY VULNERABLE DISABLED PEOPLE. DONT TAKE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY. SEND CHILDREN TO DEAL WITH ME. EVERYTIME I EMAIL YET ANOTHER DIFFERENT PERSON ANSWERS. SHOCKING, INADEQUATE STAFF. CLEARLY THE SITES ARE NOT SAFE, IF ANY TOM, D**K OR HARRY CAN READ YOUR EMAILS AND REPLY. WRITING A FORMAL COMPLAINT NOW. DISGUSTING! DONT BOTHER REPLYING TO THIS AS I WONT BE READING IT, BOUND TO BE ANOTHER INEXPERIENCED CHILD WHO ANSWERS ANYWAY.

Richard was professional, efficient and friendly. Replaced my kitchen taps, cleaned up after his works. Very happy with the work he done.

Enquiries relating to the sale of a shared ownership property in Bracknell were sent to ABRI back in June. The Enquiry was referred to their legal department, whereupon the solicitor went on holiday for 2 weeks. When the enquiries were returned to the buyers solicitor some 3 weeks later, 1 question had not been answered. The 1 question was resubmitted 16 working days ago, so nearly 4 weeks ago and still no response. Absolutely shameful!

I have been living here 12yrs & l have met quite a few of the workmen/women & they have always been very helpful & polite. The last young lady l met ( Georgia,) came to replace a ceiling light. What.a delight this young lady was polite friendly & very helpful even put up my replacement bulb & my lamp shade. We had a lovely conversation while she worked which is lovely when you live alone. Even my dog loved her. Thankyou Georgia you are welcome to come again & thankyou Abri for great employees.

The Abri representative Jake arrived promptly on time as the arrangement you kindly put in place for me.
He was professional and polite and seemed to throughly go through everything related to a gas inspection, to the best of my knowledge. Throughout his visit he remained respectful to my home.
I am continuously impressed with the service I receive from all representatives that come to my home from Abri, I have found them to always be so professional and helpful and very competent in their roles.

Never had any issues with abri in the 9 years I’ve lived in the property, any repairs reported are always done quickly and efficiently, my most recent one being with Ryan who come out to fit 3 new extractor fans in the property.
