Terrible online service. Excellent shop service!
The online shopping division of American Golf were totally hopeless, and sent me white size 7 shoes, when I had ordered grey size 12. This was only resolved when we visited the local (Aberdeen) branch of American Golf. The guys in there were brilliant and sorted the whole mess out for me. Well done to them

A Quality product
The Quality of the end product is excellent. A real pleasure to receive. The website should make it clear how long orders take to produce and send after an order has been placed. I nearly missed my wife’s birthday, and I had allowed 2 weeks. Fortunately the customer service people managed to speed things up after I phoned them.
