It was easy to book the appointment(s) but we didn't get confirmation of them until the day before the actual appointment(s). Probably down to the pharmacy not entering the necessary data on time but it did leave us wondering.

Wasn’t sure what to do with my old iMac after I purchased a new Mac Mini. No trade in from Apple (although they did offer to take it off my hands for free!). Stumbled across MacBack and was amazed at how far above £0 they were prepared to offer v Apple. Completion of a relatively straightforward web form gave me the quote, accepting it sorted out the collection and the money was in my account within another couple of days, 1 day after they had checked it. Excellent. It would have been better if the original quote had made it clear it included the Apple mouse and keyboard but as they were as old as the iMac I decided it was no problem, dispatched them anyway, brought an alternative and was still week in pocket. Definitely recommend.

Easy to order from the website. Email updates on order and delivery and it arrived well within the predicted delivery window. What was really impressive was the email we received a little while later just checking if everything was ok with our order. Good old fashioned customer service where customers are valued.

Generally they provide a reliable service but today for some reason I stopped being over 60 on 31/10/25! Apparently an issue with their system, not the first time and something happens with the app or online service a couple of times a year since being taken over by Lloyds. It also took me over 10 minutes to get through on their ‘award winning’ customer service line having failed to get the voice recognition to understand my issue and the online chat bot not giving me the over 60 option in the drop down menu to update free prescriptions status. If it wasn’t for the usual reliable service they would have got less than the 2 stars!

High quality products (we purchased a Pro+ towing cover for our caravan). Said it would take 4 weeks to make but only took 2. Regular updates about the process BUT the last was ‘it’s been dispatched’ rather than contact to discuss a delivery date which was important as it was arriving 2 weeks earlier than expected. Second issue was they used DX who have clearly gone downhill as they failed to deliver within 24 hours, then again on the date they told us with no updates at all. Why do quality companies use unreliable delivery companies. A shame, would have been 5 stars had Specialist Covers chosen their delivery company and communicated better about early dispatch. The cover itself though is excellent.

Nice book, but Folio have got very expensive, only bought it as I have all the other books in the series. P&P is also very expensive especially when compared to another publisher who charges 40% less, packages better and uses a more reputable courier unlike Evri who sent their usual misleading email during this delivery.
The Prima ChatBot is actually quite intelligent, useful and seems to ask the right questions to get you to the best advisor to help you quickly and efficiently. Once speaking to the advisor they also provided a quick and efficient service and resolution to my query and request and sent me a transcript of the whole conversation via email without me needing to ask. An enjoyable online only experience for once! Well done Prima.

Dispatch was slow and delivered by Evri which is always a nervous wait but this one was left (no attempt to ring or knock) outside on the correct porch this time at least. Lovely book and as it was in the sale reasonable value (Folio have got very expensive for both their books and P&P compared with others in the past 12 months or so).
Easy to use, straightforward, clearly explained way of getting solar panels etc. The supplier who won the auction for our area was excellent. Would have been 5 stars but neither Solar Together or our system provider where able to help with sorting our a supplier who would buy the surplus generated power, we had to do all that legwork ourselves.

Used before, provides lots of quotes at various levels of cover with competitive prices. Base information is easy to see, bit more digging required for some of the other options.

High quality clothing and excellent customer service as usual from BT, however, their poor choice of DPD as their courier who could not deliver on the correct day and then lied about when they did deliver has let them down. When will companies learn that using substandard delivery companies tarnishes their own brand too?
I’ve used MyBuilder on several occasions and always found it the best way to get someone for a job in most cases. I’d love to be able to just contact local trades but they are often too busy to reply as I rarely, if ever, hear back from them. Within minutes of posting two jobs on MyBuilder I had several interested parties for each job, one was sorted the very next day and the other, bigger job, within a week. All the trades I have used have done a stunning job and in all cases lived up to or exceeded their own profiles and the reviews given by others.
I’m a returning customer who has never had anything but outstanding service and quality from Brook Taverner. Same experience this time. Order came next working day, clothes exactly as ordered and fantastic quality and fit as always.
