High quality products (we purchased a Pro+ towing cover for our caravan). Said it would take 4 weeks to make but only took 2. Regular updates about the process BUT the last was ‘it’s been dispatched’ rather than contact to discuss a delivery date which was important as it was arriving 2 weeks earlier than expected.
Second issue was they used DX who have clearly gone downhill as they failed to deliver within 24 hours, then again on the date they told us with no updates at all. Why do quality companies use unreliable delivery companies. A shame, would have been 5 stars had Specialist Covers chosen their delivery company and communicated better about early dispatch. The cover itself though is excellent.
