Easy as pie
I’ve just had my renewal email from Prima . It was £45 cheaper than last year. Just in case I was missing something I did a price comparison on one of the major sites and Prima was the best. They sent me a link and as easy as pie I renewed my insurance. Can highly recommend.

The customer service team were great, i cannot fault their assistance. and the outcome was exactly what i was hoping for.
I cant give 5 stars as i was told twice the renewal price given would be the same as a new customer for the same policy. This is not true as I checked on Go compare prior to my discussion with customer service.

Good value car insurance
The car insurance was easy to buy. The options were straight forward and easy to navigate. This policy was the cheapest and suited my needs.

I have trouble with technology so eventually had to contact primary by phone and Dina was so lovely 😍 and understanding and did it for me over the phone.
