Creased and unable to remove as fabric very thin
No warmth
Purchased a size L im normally a M and can't do up buttons
Why did I not read the reviews prior??

The products I paid $188.10 for are NOT the products I was sent. The tops I was sent were nothing like the advertised or photographed tops. NOT worth the amount I paid thats for sure. I have contacted the firm and complained bitterly re the sub standard quality, and have asked for a refund. So very disappointing!!!!
No updated contact re delivery

BUYER BEWARE!!!…Wish I could give Zoe a zero rating. Purchased a jersey on special but through a system momentary glitch I was charged for and sent two identical jerseys. I have now been trying for months to get a refund for the second item. The only single response I’ve received is offering me to choose another item at a discounted price. I simply wanted a refund and they have left ALL my communications unanswered and I’ve STILL not received a refund many months later. They are a rip off and I’d warn anyone off buying from their site.

This is just Temu clothing with inflated prices. Its not a New Zealand store. Very misleading. Ships from China. NO NEW ZEALAND STORE. Cheap crap sold for way too much. Unfortunately, I didn't check reviews first (stupid I know). Usually I would, but it is very cleverly marketed as a New Zealand Store on Facebook, so bought with assumption I could send back easily if not what I expected. Was so wrong. If you really want something they have, go to Temu and get it a lot cheaper.

I have something similar in terms of bad customer experience with Zoe Wellington, I strongly believe this a scam for the following reasons;
1. No contact number for their so called shop in Wellington
2. Incorrect size which means I can’t fit them, I ordered a 3 XL but it’s more like a Large
3. Tacky accessories used the zipper is made of poor quality, after a few uses of the zipper I am sure it will detach from the coat
4. Don’t be fooled by them offering a discount at checkout stage I thought it was a discount on delivery but it was discounted if you got another coat, I ended up with a duplicate
5. The products received is NOT a like for like as advertised it panned out to be false advertising
6. They import from China so watch out because if you ask for a refund they are very reluctant to give your money back
7. They will not give you a return address for refunds probably because they are in China
8. My goods were valued over $200 when I insisted on a refund they came back with 15 % then I pushed back then they offered 30% as good will gesture then they said if I paid a further $50 they will send me the correct size
9. They were so slow in responding at first it was only when I said I will take it further did they finally reply
10. Incompetent tracking system, only status that they give is “In Transit”
11. Bad tailoring, there was loose cotton hanging out throughout the coats
12. The fleece inside both coats sticks to my clothes when I put them on I have to take the fluff off my clothing

On visiting the Zoe Wellington website for the first time I was looking for a warm winter coat for my wife's birthday. I wanted to buy locally. There was nothing in the information about good's being shipped from China, I thought they were located in Wellington.
We found a nice coat and proceeded to measure my wife so we could get the correct size for her, that done, I proceeded to order and pay for it. I received a tracking number and only then learned that it was being shipped from China.
The order was placed early June. I tried tracking over several attempts but nothing except "In Transit" showed on the tracking info. Several messages were exchanged between Zoe Wellington and my self. The coat finally arrived late June Just in time for my wife's birthday. She tried it on and quickly discovered it was too small (even though we measured and matched the recommended size chart from Zoe Wellington) also, the item that arrived was not the same as the one we ordered. Another email advising them that she needed a size larger. Shipping back to China was at my cost, however there was a strong attempt from Zoe Wellington for me to accept a 15% discount saving a long wait and the expensive cost (at my cost) to send it back.
I suggested a 25% discount not to return it but at this point I have not had a response from them. Hence the one star.
I do not recommend shopping at Zoe Wellington.

This website appears to be a scam. After I placed the order, the tracking information showed that the parcel was still in Shanghai, and the courier company confirmed they had not even received the parcel yet. However, the seller still claimed the item had already been shipped and refused to cancel or refund the order.

This is extremely dishonest and misleading. It feels like a phishing or fake shopping website designed to trap customers. I strongly recommend others avoid this website. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

Avoid this website at all costs!! We ordered 3 fluffy "cashmere" jerseys for $99 each, they sent cheap nasty polyester jerseys that didn't resemble the website photos. Asked for what we ordered or a refund, ended up complaining to the NZ Commerce Commission.

Please please please DO NOT ORDER nor engage from this company or website ZOE WELLINGTON at all!! Trust me coz I have experienced it first hand. I bought a bag from them but it was a faulty bag so wanted an exchange- they would reply on your email after a century of waiting. They wont give you the return address, they have plenty of excuses. It is a red flag. I have emailed the trade industry on how I can get my money back. Pls pls listen to me. Let us not give this monsters our hard earned money. They are fraud!!! Zero star

I ordered one cashmere soft blue sweater. I was tricked into ordering three - further discounts were offered that seemed to apply to the same sweater. I placed my order on 15 May and received my package on 4 June. It contained three very dark blue sweaters which were unlike the one pictured on the site. The one I tried on is way too small and very tight on me. Do not buy from Zoe Wellington!! They are not Wellington based.

I followed your size chart for shoes only to find when my order arrived they are nearly two sizes too big! I love the shoes but they are no use to me and were expensive for online shoes. More fool me for taking the gamble. How do I make a return?

If I could give zero stars I would. Another online scamming company, based out of China but portraying themselves as from NZ.
I ordered shoes, which were of a sub-standard and 2 sizes smaller than the usual size 38. I contacted them to return them and have met road block after road block. They have no intention of giving me a refund and only want more money. Do not go near them- absolute scam artists.
