I really thought that this was NZ company, As soon as I got the product I realised that it was highly unlikely that it was as the product was shipped from China. According to their sizing chart I ordered the size I thought would fit me but it was way too small.
These tanks are not cheap and very poorly constructed.
I immediately contacted the company and requested a refund as the garment is not as described or like the garments pictured on their website. They responded to my email immediately Offering a 50% refund or a replacement. I rejected both and insisted I get a full refund.
After agreeing to the full refund which they say should be in my account in 5-10 working days that hasn't happened and now many emails later I am still in the process of chasing up my refund. Their business practice are poor to say the least.
I am pretty sure that those garment pictures on their website are probably AI generated.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. There are heaps of other options available from the likes of Shein or Temu and probably Ailexpress and all better quality and cheaper,

The three tops were not fit for purpose - the sizing was wrong (sizing chart confusing) so I wanted to return for a refund. The company does not accept returns but offered me a 50% refund.

I cannot say enough about the amazing service from your company. I had ordered what I thought was the right size and when they didn’t fit I emailed the company and replacement tanks in the right size was immediately dispatched to replace the wrong sized ones.

I really thought Iwas dealing with a NZ company,but as soon as I got the product I realised that I hadn't. I am a size 12. I ordered 3 Ls. L always fits me. I couldn't even get them on. I contacted them ( you get a trouble shooting email to respond to when you get the email that your product has been delivered) and asked for 2 sizes bigger - that's an XXL for a NZ size 12!!!
These tanks were not cheap..I had to pay $15 to get the replacements sent. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for quickly replacing with the size up. Now that I have the bigger size, that is not stretched super tight over my chest, I can see how poorly made they are. You can actually see the circular sewn in cups through the thin tank. I would never wear them as a tank without something to go over it, like they depict older women like me doing in their ads. I believe these ads which show causcasian women in their 60s, wearing the tanks as tops are AI becausevthey do not look like that on a real woman, size 12 in her 60s. The only use they will get is for chores round the house.

The order took a while to get to me because it is shipped from Hong Kong. That said, the staff are excellent at making contact and following up on any issues and explaining how they work. Great customer service!

I am really disappointed, clearly not a NZ company & the quality is very poor, the edges are just cut & not even sewn or with a seam. I am mad at myself for falling for this & am pursuing a refund as they are nothing like what is advertised. It is definitely misrepresentation

I find the problem solving emails personal and friendly, even thought they are from different women.

I had a problem re sizing and received great communication, fingers crossed the new size will.fit better.

This appears to be a ghost store selling counterfeit products shipped from mainland China (also operating as 'Mary Tanks'). The items are very poor quality, made from cheap fabric, and sized much smaller than advertised. Similar products can be purchased on Temu for as little as NZ$3. The website's reviews, marketing, and product claims are entirely fabricated. When a refund is requested, they will start by offering a 'goodwill gesture' of 30%, then increase to 50%. Do NOT accept this. If you complain about sizes being too small, they will charge $15 to send yet more low grade products.

If you've purchased from this store, report as a scam and request a chargeback through your credit card provider. If you paid via Shopify, report the store to Shopify as a suspected scam and the Facebook advert (and underlying FB page) as a scam. You can also report it to the NZ Commerce Commission (Ref Case No. ENC0029899), NZ Police 105 Online (File Ref 260628/6282) and the National Cyber Security Centre.

Not a NZ company.
I thought i was supporting a NZ company. (Email address indicates this). They are not! Product is made in Asia. Shipping records show Hong Kong as departure point. They are NOT well made. Fraying already after 2 hand-washes.
I've since imported two myself from another source which are really good quality for less money.
