Brought scooter for Xmas for 7 year old battery doesn’t work well for very long at all , fully charged my son gets five mins use out of it and it’s states it’s fully flat again . Surly it should travel more then a few meters without needing a charge again . Dissatisfied and disappointed little boy .

Ordered a scooter on 14th December with next day delivery- still hasn't been delivered and theres no tracking information sent at all yet the money has been taken from me. This was my daughters Christmas present and as they've taken the money I have nothing left to buy anything else. This lack of customer services has single handedly ruined my big Christmas surprise for my Daughter. Absolutely gutted. We will have to make do, she'll be happy with what she receives from other but now she has nothing from her own Mum. So sad!

Ordered a zinc cruise scooter in red, when the order came through it said grey. Although I emailed customer service to tell them I had ordered red they ignored me and after two weeks have still not replied. I feel I have been fobbed off as they had run out of grey. In my opinion they are a disreputable company.

Big thank you to Thomas on customer care, I purchased a zinc 3 wheeled scooter about 6 months ago unfortunately due to heavy use the steering bolts kept coming loose. I contacted zinc through the website and got a prompt response from Tomas who after understanding my issue asked for my address and 24 hours later I had replacement bolts and now have my lads scooter up and running again. It was a breath of fresh air having a company that actually can deal with a defect issue and actually provide the parts to carry out a repair and I also hope it gets followed up and Thomas rewarded for his work and making my experience pain free.

My daughter got the Zinc Eco electric scooter. Rear tail light stopped working within weeks . The throttle cracked recently. This seems to be a common problem. The warranty does not cover this even though it is a main part. Scooter can't operate without the throttle Customer care is extremely poor. Wont be buying from this company again. The one year warranty it comes with means little or nothing as covers very little

We have the Flyte scooter suitcase for kids. My son’s is a fun shark design. He’s had it since he was 5 he’s now 11 and just grown out of it so definitely had its moneys worth. His dad lives abroad. It’s been used about 30 times and has stood the test of time. It’s been such a god send. I’ve been saved from juggling a child and his luggage plus my own. He’s loved it. Sad he’s outgrown it. Back to … Are we nearly there yet?

I must admit the Eco Scooter is not the toughest. Had batteries issues but this was resolved. Little by little the scooter is falling apart but I think this is due to having no suspension and the pavements being so Inconsistent with bumps everywhere. My charger then decided to give up but was offered a new one. Customer service is very good . A big thank you to Tomas.

Bought the Zinc echo plus air for £250. Battery died upon first ride and would not charge again thereafter. Exchanged it for a second one and upon opening the box, see all packaging open and security tag cut, the scooter itself is filthy dirty with scratched all over the metal. Absolutely disgusting

I bought a zinc eco+ electric Scooter for my sons xmass present. Two weeks later the Accelerator leaver started to crack ! Zinc said its out of warranty even though it says 2ys on the advertisement. They say the leavers are not part of the warranty?

Great customer service, Tomas was fantastic and helpful. I've not experienced customer service to that level very often at all.

Ordered 2 zinc hoverboard for the kids for Christmas.

First surprise was that they arrived quicker than expected.

They work great and the kids love them but we then found that the charging port on one was a little bit loose
I emailed support thinking they would just say that it was ok and to leave it like that or ask me to fix myself but I was very surprised by their reply.

They got back to me instantly. Excellent support! Asked me to send back and arranged collection for me. I don't have a printer for the collection label so they sent one ahead of the collection for me to attach to box.
Collection was as expected and when I emailed the next day to say the collection was done, I got a same day reply to say the part was already fixed and hoverboard sent back already.

Absolutely fantastic support from Tomas and will definitely be using them again!

I have had a zinc electric cruiser for a couple of years, and used it mostly every day. I have definitely got my moneys worth out of this skateboard. It is such a good price for what you get.
I’ve had a problem with it recently as I really have ridden it death, but the customer service I have received from Tomas is A CLASS 10/10. I fully recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

This is one of the most helpful companies I have come across.
My grandson was given a Zinc Balance Board fo Christmas. As it was a present, there was no receipt!
I contacted Zinc to see if they had any suggestions, which I followed to no avail. They then said to return it for checking. A courier lable was sent for dispatch at no cost to us and three weeks later, the board was returned, fully working, again at zero cost.
I would like to thank Tomas, who has made a small boy very happy.

Zinc urban x, design fault, wheels are too big and has light weight wheel bearing that don't withstand.

Awful customer service, they know about design faults that could cause serious injury to a child.

Zinc Sports are a great ride on/scooter company, my hoverboard battery has finished its life cycle so I ordered a new one from their site, unfortunately the uk government put the country on lockdown and the new battery wasn't able to be sent until these restrictions were lifted. I then followed to email zinc sports and asked if my battery would have been shipped and I was told by Tomas that it hadn't been shipped but he was going to be in the office later on that day and he would ship it out same day. Great company and I am very glad I bought my hoverboard from them.

Bought my son a scooter for his birthday a year ago, he hadn’t used it until this summer and when we first took it out the fixings on one wheel came off and the wheel fell off. My son was heartbroken! I contacted customer services to ask if I could purchase another set of fixings as we had lost one part. Within days they had sent a new set of fixings free of charge. My 4 year old is over the moon. Amazing customer services which is rare nowadays. Thank you so much!

Do not even think it's a good idea to buy a Zinc Volt or Zinc Astrum Electric scooter. I made the mistake so you don't have to. Bought as Christmas present. Followed instructions to the letter. Didn't work . Contacted Hy-Pro as they require you to do. Rude uninterested reply expecting me to take it apart and mend it myself! Unbelievable. Bought from Halfords who were great and ordered a better model in at an increased price with the better battery. So after waiting until 8th January for little lads Christmas day present and assembling 2x Zinc electric scooter s the 2nd one was exactly the same. Total ching chong sh*#@e. Avoid avoid avoid. Giving up now. Will buy Razor now. Much better cos they work.
