Contacted customer support with regards to a replacement brake cable for my son's E-scooter, Tom the customer service agent moved swiftly with this and after taking a few contact detail he told me this would be sent out free of charge... Excellent!!!

when I order my son's ride on scooter it was very fast delivery. I recently moved and lost the handle bar for it to be a standing scooter, one email to ask how to buy a replacement and not only have they been quick to respond but have sent a new one free., I cannot express what a fantastic company this is and the customer service is outstanding. Will defiantly be ordering from them again when my boys get bigger.

Purchased one of their electric scooters with a seat on it.
complaint because it didn't work properly wouldn't even got the slightest hill?All the charge wouldn't last modern half an hour.If that.. Took a week to deliver it a week to send it back wrote to them with my complaint.No reply, disgusting company wouldn't recommend them at all. I got no customer relations at all.Worse company had dealt within years.

no way was it under any warranty, grandson has had it for years, he absolutely adores it, i offered to buy him a new one, but he wasn't interested, he was devastated when it broke on holiday,

these guys found the exact part, sent it free of charge, and wouldn't even take the cost of the postage, you have turned a 6 year old boys tears into beaming smiles.

Title: Dangerous Product – Absolutely Avoid Zinc Scooters!

I am writing this to warn every parent: do not waste your money on a Zinc scooter unless you want your child to get hurt. My son, who weighs only 30kg—well within the stated weight limit—was riding his scooter when the internal steel pin completely snapped without warning. To make matters worse, the so-called "durable" steel base actually bent and then cracked under his weight.

If a supposedly robust metal base and support pin can fail catastrophically while being used by a small child, it tells you everything you need to know about the sub-par materials and assembly standards at this company. The metal quality is visibly cheap and brittle, and the engineering is clearly not up to the task of supporting a child. This is a serious safety hazard waiting to happen. Please, save yourself the stress and your child the risk of injury by staying far away from this brand.

I researched online thoroughly before buying my 9 year old son a scooter from Zinc. Prompt service and he was happy with the scooter. But.. disaster struck just a few days later when he was mucking about with his friend and the front mud guard snapped off (his fault - not the scooters!). Cue tears and upset. Fired off an email to zinc enquiring about replacement parts... and within just a few hours I got an email saying they'd sent out a replacement front mud guard, free of charge... and that it'll be with me tomorrow. Now THAT is customer service you don't get often nowadays.

We have bought 2 of your electric folding bikes. One for the uk and the other stays at our campsite in France.
We have found the bikes to be very reliable, have an excellent range and easily foldable to fit in the back of a car.
Recently we snapped one of the peddles and contacted the company. They offered to post a replacement straight away. No question of out of guarantee, how did it snap or send proof of purchase.. just sorry to hear this and a replacement will be sent immediately!

After more than a year, my bike had been working perfectly. Recently I noticed that the sensor had randomly stopped working. When I checked it, I saw that it was damaged.

I tried to find the sensor on the shop’s website but couldn’t locate it, so I contacted support. Tom replied quickly—great service! Without any questions, she simply asked for my shipping address and sent a replacement.

We had lost a small part from our child's Zinc scooter. I looked on the website for a replacement, but couldn't find it on there. So I emailed to see if they had the part to order. They offered to send the replacement part for free.
Communication was great and the part arrived very quickly. I have given 5 stars for this review. But if I could give more, I would. I very highly rate their customer service.

Excellent customer service. My son’s scooter is nearly 2 years old and a nut holding the wheel on came off and was lost. Customer services responded quickly and sent a replacement nut via next day courier. Cannot fault them.

Outstanding Customer Service.
Had a small technical issue with a scooter and the support team responded almost instantly.
Turns out it wasn’t a technical issue-it was me who didn’t know how to work the trike for my grandson!

I ordered 2 suitcases from Zinc. 1 was perfect, however the other was faulty. I contacted them via email over the Xmas period. They dealt with the matter swiftly. I was advised to return the item free of charge and within a week, they sent out another suitcase. Friendly customer service and I would definitely recommend!

bought an eco max 3 scooter which they stopped making so can no longer buy parts to fix & sell. also the parts they yse are rubbish had to buy a new scooter from a different company & is so much better would not recommend zinc.
