I have applied for a personal loan on 24-sep-2022 it has been more than 2 weeks now I have still not receive the loan amount. I dono how they have mentioned the due date on 05-nov-22
Without receiving the amount how can they calculate 30 days? I have wrote many mails to the support team they are not responding just asking the transaction again and again where I have cleared mentioned that i have not received the loan amont customer care at zest is very worst they gave my fasle hope they told me that by 07-Oct-21 at 11.OO PM I will receive the money but I haven't I wanted to report this issue but nobody has taken any action..
I'm still hoping for the loan to be disbursed because for cancelling it is mentioned as 5 working days I would rather wait. Very disappointed As a 2 year old user of zest money never faced a situation like this

Worst servicer ever experienced!!!!!!

It's been 45 day's they have not refunded my amount.
I basically ordered some products from Nykaa and paid via ZestMoney and paid the loan money to ZestMoney. Post this, I returned one product from Nykaa and they refunded to ZestMoney but ZestMoney did not return the money "they cheated". It's been 45 days since I followed emails multiple times with "NO RESPONSE", Called customer care more than 50 times in the end it was a waste of my time.

They are scammers. They don't give any cashback, they mess with your CIBIL score and they don't take your calls.

What a useless. I entered wrong format DOB accidentally. Now, it is kept sending me to complete the application, but each time I log in, giving me msg "sorry " and shows generic reasons to apply again after 3 months. But still getting text every 6 hours or so to do KYC!!!!

Fraud company with farud people. Extremely high processing fees which is not disclosed during the process. Even you have to take loan to pay for processing fees. There is nothing like 0% processing fees which they claim on their website.

DON'T EVER USE ZEST MONEY. LOOTMAFIA.

the app is worst designed not at all working .. everytime otp error .. customer support is not at all usefull.. they are good for nothing

I was about to close my ongoing loan of INR245000on 25th aug, when I open the app I see an additional loan of 1lac is disbursed into my account. When called customer care they said to pre close the loan by paying 5600 interest. I mentioned that didn't even opened the app then how all this happened. They kept on saying I did it. When I asked them to share details of device through app was logged in , they denied. I had to log a complaint in cyber crime branch for the same which is accepted and I am waiting for the report. Guys please guide me how to get out of this mess. I don't want to a single extra penny to them. If I would had read the reviews I would had never chose zest money for services

Zest Money is the worst thing I am ever experiencing. It is totally a Scam. From last 2 months, I am contacting the customer care and they are just making me fool and not resolving my issue. Zest Money has the worst Support Team in the World it just cannot resolve a little issue. I wish I can rate 0 or in negative. I am rating Zest Money -5 star rating. If any employee or manager or Zest Money Owner reading this, I just want to tell you that "You are the worst company I ever experienced",please stop making people fool. I just want to tell all the people please stay away from Zest Money and save your Time and Money both. In the end you will get nothing, you will just end up getting frustated. kindly requesting you all.

The services are prompt and its not a hoax. However, their processing charges for these personal loans are bit too high. 6 months payback puts one back by 17% interest which is phenomenal to the point of cheating. Better to opt for credit card payments

ZestMoney gives the lure of purchasing products on 0% EMI.
They have an extremely high processing fees which sometimes overshoots the discount offered.
I had purchased an international flight ticket and they charged me 4000 Rs as processing fees.

I had made the payment on April 18, then i got its cashback. but now i have payment may and june on 13th and 11th. sale team said, you'll not get interest. because we have changed our policy. my humble request please give me my cashback. otherwise i'll not do any emi anymore. i will file a complaint in consumer court also.

Never ever use ZestMoney if you don't want your CIBIL score to go down. I paid all my bills before time, I was one of the highest users of ZestMoney but now when I checked my CIBIL report, ZestMoney has messed it up all for me. It is showing an overdue balance and impacting my CIBIL. These guys messed up my CIBIL big time. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE USING ZEST MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE. Pathetic service and messed up Customer care.
I am doing back n forth for the last one month but these people have pathetic customer service and are not able to do anything in CIBIL that they have messed up in the first place.
Zestmoney-you should be ashamed of yourself.

Don't buy loan eventhough there is 10-15% discount offers....because they have very high processing fees around 5-6%of the loan amount. And you can not avoid that processing fee even after premature loan closure before 1st installment.

Fraud company, they are sending already redeemed vouchers , after complaining they are giving no response,. Don't go with this

Chor company. First give offer of 10% cashback and zero interest and after completing your payment to them when you ask for cashback then they will start saying give me some proof.

Me zestMoney ka ka baut purana customer hu or sari emi advance deta tha but mere sath fraud Activity hui the vo zestMoney ko malum h but aaj zestMoney mujhe koi Resolutions nhi de Rahi vo bhe 2 months se or jo fraud team me dimple mam unhone mujhe bola tha ki koi apko emi nhi Deni lekin mere pass to bhe call ai or mere ghar pr bhe zestMoney se Inka employee aya unko jab mene bataya ki mujhe to zestMoney se he resolution nhi mil Raha or aap mujhe Harassment kr rahe tab vo bhaga or mujhe koi senior bhe call nhi kr raha or mera zestMoney me fraud department me koi call bhe pick nhi kr rha batao me kya kru.

Big cheater. They would tell you offer cash back option without interest for free. But they never give you back instead they will charge you high interest. One of the biggest fraud in India. The complaints should be filed on RBI against such a fraudulent activities

Sri, I want Apple showroom to purchase Mac m1 , they reject my Rs 100000/- active my ZestMoney, yesterday they msg me to shop , n today when to purchase they rejected my amount, in Apple showroom I feel sham , first time I feel sham in life , v v bad experience. Thxx u .
