So this so called 0% interest emi application seems to be a fraud. I order a tws from the application about a week ago and it is still not dispatched, the application shows only that it is preparing to be dispatched. The payment is done everything is done the only thing that is wrong is I didn't got the product yet, let be rest this aside, at least there should be an update regard to the order there is no way to have an answer to any concerns , there is only one way communication and i wrote mail too didn't got a reply from there too.
Everything works fine till you make the payment and then everything becomes problematic for the user.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Snapmint. I received a damaged product, and despite reporting the issue, I was still expected to continue paying the EMI. The customer support was unhelpful, and I felt that my concerns were ignored instead of being resolved. This has been one of the worst shopping and financing experiences I've had. I would not recommend Snapmint unless they improve their product quality checks and customer service.

I purchased a Samsung 25W Charging Adapter through Snapmint on EMI. After a few months, the charger stopped working. When I visited multiple authorized Samsung Service Centers in Vadodara for warranty support, they informed me that the charger appeared to be non-genuine and refused to replace it under warranty.
I had already raised this concern with Snapmint through email shortly after receiving the product, but my complaint was not addressed. Now I am left with a charger that cannot be serviced or replaced.
To make matters worse, Snapmint is now asking me to provide an unboxing video to determine whether the product was original or duplicate before considering my warranty claim. It is unreasonable to expect customers to keep unboxing videos for months after purchasing a product, especially when it is sold as a genuine branded item through your platform.
I request Snapmint to investigate this matter seriously, verify the authenticity of the products sold through its platform, and provide me with a genuine replacement or a full refund. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing electronic accessories through Snapmint.

I ordered a Symphony air cooler and chose Snapmint as the payment option. My order appeared in my Snapmint account, and my down payment was successfully processed. However, the order never appeared on Symphony's order portal.
When I contacted Symphony's customer support, I was informed that my order had been cancelled due to an unforeseen reason. They advised me to contact Snapmint to request a refund and cancellation of the remaining EMIs.
I raised the issue with Snapmint support (Ticket No. 4782277660944, Order ID 64045865) and promptly shared all the requested proof, including screenshots confirming the cancellation. Despite following up for more than a month, I have received nothing but the same automated responses asking me to submit the same documents repeatedly. No support representative has contacted me or taken ownership of my case.
The most frustrating part is that I am expected to continue paying EMIs for a product that I never received. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in Snapmint's customer support and complaint resolution process.
If anyone is considering using Snapmint, I would strongly recommend evaluating their after-sales support carefully. I hope Snapmint reviews this case, assigns it to a real support representative, and provides a prompt resolution instead of sending automated replies indefinitely.

I have always paid my EMIs on time and want to pay this one as well. However, since I cannot log in, I am unable to make the payment. The EMI due date is 3 July.
I am a seafarer and currently onboard a ship, so I cannot use my SIM card. I paid my last EMI successfully using Starlink Wi-Fi, but after a recent app update, I am now facing this login issue.
Kindly assist at the earliest with a solution or an alternative way to pay so there is no delay from my side.

I ordered a cricket bat for a friend's son's birthday.
The item hasn't been delivered even after 20+ days of order, repeated reminders and only an automated reply station an apology with the assurance of the matter getting resolved in 3-5 working days.
The same content is repeatedly sent to my mail and it's super surprising that their 3-5 days don't actually have a start or end date...
The birthday is over and no sign of the gift I wanted to give the child.
I have used snapmint multiple times and successfully so.
This may be a one-off incident but it does show that their greviance resolution is rather poor or totally absent.

Additionally, my loan/account associated with this purchase has negatively impacted my CIBIL score, even though I have not received the replacement product. I believe this is unfair, as the issue is due to the lack of resolution from your end.

I ordered an Ambrane MagSafe Wireless 10000mAh Power Bank through Snapmint (Order ID: 66450519), but I received a Nokia keypad phone instead. This is completely different from what I ordered.
I have full unboxing video proof, photos of the package, shipping label, and the incorrect item received. Such a serious order fulfillment error should not happen if proper quality checks are in place.
I have already contacted customer support and expect an immediate replacement or full refund. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through the National Consumer Helpline and other consumer protection forums.
Customers should record unboxing videos and verify their packages carefully. I hope Snapmint investigates this issue and improves its order verification process.

These guys are fraud. They get your mobile numbers and say credited amount.
Then they start asking for EMI payments.
Biggest fraud. Never click on the links.
When confronted and asked to give details of on what basis an EMI is to be paid, they keep quite.
