Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect EMI Charges for Amazon Purchase via Snapmint

Dear Snapmint Support Team,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding an issue with my recent purchase from Amazon using Snapmint EMI.
I purchased a vacuum cleaner on 17 February 2026 through Amazon and selected the Snapmint EMI option.
Amazon Order Number: 404-7658818-5101162
Snapmint Order Number: 51783289
On the same day, I paid ₹274 through UPI and also paid two EMIs of ₹750 each as part of the EMI plan. However, when the order was delivered, it showed Cash on Delivery, and I had to pay the full amount of ₹1,728 to receive the product.
This means that I have already paid the complete amount for the product. Despite this, I am still receiving calls and messages regarding pending EMI payments. Additionally, the ₹274 paid earlier appears to be an extra payment, and I would like clarification regarding this amount.
I kindly request you to review this issue, stop the EMI reminders immediately, and confirm that there are no pending dues on my account. If the ₹274 payment is extra, please process the refund at the earliest.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

DO NOT AVAIL ANY credit…FROM THESE IDIOTS

I purchased some utensils using credit from snapmint.the second and last intallment was due on 3-3-2026. I paid the due on the same day. But this company is sending me msg every two hours,that”the due is not paid. Your cibil score will decline.you won’t get loans from the banks……blah….blah.” It is very much annoying. Their system and processes are pathetic. Wonder if their ceo and cfo are sane. Order No: 47963916.

This company doesn’t deserve even one…

This company doesn’t deserve even one star. They have extremely poor customer service and mislead innocent people in the name of EMI schemes. They sell defective products, and once you receive the product, nobody addresses your grievances. You only receive automated emails and recorded responses on the phone.

Didn't expect this from from.snapmint. I ordered 2 wireless earphones. The money got deducted and the next month emi is due for 3rd March. There's no option to stop or cancel auto pay. Very bad didn't expect this

I’m honestly very frustrated with Snapmint. They delivered an empty parcel to me — there was literally nothing inside the box. I raised the issue immediately, but instead of helping, they denied responsibility and still started my EMIs.

Because of this, my credit score dropped from around 720 to 670. This is really upsetting. Why should I pay for something I never received?

It feels very unfair and stressful. I just want a proper resolution, not damage to my credit for a mistake that wasn’t mine.

Snapmint has refunded the amount, but failed to give Urbanjungly contacts to file cybercrime report. Does it mean, they have a link or no??? people to decide. Aiding cybercrime is a crime in my understanding.

Even after paying your EMI on the due date via the link their system shared on their reminder SMS, the payment got credited to the FEB 2026 EMI, and I have been harassed for non-payment for January since Sunday the 4th Jan. The emails and messages had been threatening legal actions, ruining my CIBIL score, etc.

I even furnished the PAYTM Screenshot on your website under the EMI FAQs on Monday, but the SMSs continued.
