Vulgar financial company

I have puchased a product from XP Pen on vide order No 45537 on 16/05/26 by paying Rs.900/- but the product did not deleverd to me, then I have cancelled my order , But this Snapmint Not conforming the delevery of goos sending intimidating, thretning or scaring msgs to pay the EMI for cancelled product without getting information from the product seller. I have to deside to file a complaint aganest the company in this regard to the RBI and CIBIL

Dear Snapmint Support Team,

Dear Snapmint Support Team,

I am writing regarding Order ID 63810943 for a Motorola Edge 70 Fusion mobile phone.

The order was placed on 27 May and was automatically cancelled on the same day. Even today, the Snapmint app clearly shows the order status as "Cancelled."

Despite this:

• ₹5,099 was deducted from my account.
• The refund has not been processed.
• An EMI schedule of ₹2,741.97 per month for 12 months is visible.
• The product was never delivered.

Since the order is cancelled and no product was received, I request the immediate refund of ₹5,099 and cancellation of any associated loan or EMI plan. I also request written confirmation that no future EMI deductions will be made.

More than a week has passed since the cancellation, and I have not received any update regarding the refund.

Please resolve this matter urgently and provide a clear timeline for the refund and EMI cancellation.

Fraud

Recently I ordered abaya from ovais brand and got to know about EMI option. After paying down payment from snapmint, two days later I got a fraud call regarding my down payment issue. I was forced to pay twice the down payment amount and later came to know about that it was fraud. I'm shocked to know that , the fraudster know my purchase details. Now I'm having trust issue to pay remaining two EMI . Kindly help me as soon as possible since my next emi is on 3rd of June 2026

Very disappointed with Snapmint service. My credit profile and limit are good, and other finance companies are providing loan and credit offers without issues, but Snapmint is not providing any proper offer or credit limit update.Communication was unclear, and the overall service did not meet expectations. Needs major improvement in customer handling and support process.”this is fraud.

My order id 59838527 shawing trimmer odered and it not working I called to customer care because it has 5 days return time but snap mint customer care not responding and they says call to seller and ask to return , what is this I had odered in your app and paying money in your app simple selling and not bothering customer s. I had asked customer care give seller contact number but they don't gave those numbers and simple saying it not our policy rule and saying search in Google those numbers,waste app ihad using blindly this app and used this nearly 2 laksh rupees and paid amount in time that why this snap mint people sees customer like thise don't use this app and purchase waste service

Your customer relation service is the worst i have ever come across. ur systems or the executive who deals with EMI related payment , they dont even know how to draft their msgs to the customers and also u don't do ur job of submitting the payment request n have the audacity to threaten by msg for a small

Paid down payment and EMI for an item which I never got

I had ordered an item from myntra through snapmint but didn’t received any product. Actually I had paid the down payment as well and also the next month the money was again deducted by snapmint as EMI for the product which I never got. I had emailed several time complaining against this issue but I never got the genuine response. I wanted to cancel the autopay but only they can cancel it . I stopped keeping money in that account and now they have been constantly sending messages to pay the EMI and now my CIBIL score got low compared to the last time. I do not want to pay a single penny for an item which I never got in the first place .

It's very bad app do not use this snap mint app it's a very very bad app and customer response is not so good in this app and they delay for every order you order it please do not buy anything this app very bad app past 20 days I am waiting for my order to not get and the EMI will started from next month

I loved snapmint and purchased many…

I loved snapmint and purchased many products from Amazon and Flipkart in EMIs, but recently Amazon and Flipkart are not available in the online store category and neither the vouchers are available, they assured me that it's a technical issue and will be solved soon but it's still not available and I am not able to purchase products from these apps and neither I am able to write review in playstore.

Warning

Warning: Snapmint is a complete scam – Do NOT buy anything from them!

I ordered a reMarkable Pro tablet through Snapmint after seeing their ad on Instagram. I paid the full amount upfront as required. Instead of the tablet, they delivered cheap earphones worth almost nothing.
This is outright fraud. Snapmint is scamming customers by showing premium products in ads but sending junk items.

Now they are bombarding me with harassing automated messages and calls demanding "statement due" amounts. They are threatening to:
Damage my CIBIL score
Issue legal notices
Send recovery agents to my address.

If you have the guts, send your recovery people to my address right now.

I will happily ignore your auto-generated texts, block your numbers, and deal with any fake legal threats properly.

Do not waste your money on Snapmint's website or app.

They are big scammers who misuse the EMI system and cheat innocent buyers.

Stay away and save yourself the headache!
