Zest money is a fraud, they don't refund your money, expect from customer to pay the bill on time.i am chasing them from past more then a month for my money I get the assurance but not money.

There is a no start rating means take as a rating below minus start... poor responding.. applied loan but is not debited. But EMI details received and 1st month EMI start at 5.feb still I'm not received money...

While it was so amazingly convenient to avail a smart watch worth 4999 on 3 EMI’s, I have since experienced the worst collection process.
Although it is a small amount but I recently had and still having a major family commitment due to which unfortunately I have defaulted on 2 EMI’s. The Collection agents including young girls have called in threatening me with dire consequences which include: “You will have to pay we will see how you don’t” / “I am sending someone to your house right now let’s see how you don’t pay” / “We are going to call all your family and friends if you don’t process the payment right now over the call” etc etc. While I was on call with a female agent I overhear her male colleague screaming and threatening a customer. All this while I calmly answer 10 of their calls each day and explain the same part to each agent. Got in touch with customer service and they say can’t help with that it’s the collections team.
So yes emergencies can arrive anytime in life and this is not the stress you want added. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this service to any one I know in fact I am going to share my experience whenever needed. Thanks for nothing Zest Money!

They offer you interest free three months loan, but the NBFC they have tie up with you will be debiting interest. The zest money will offer cash back but not in reality they won't give you a penny. But most importantly they hird your money for their use. They will deduct money, will keep it with them and will not deposit it to NBFC in time. This will result in default in your credit history and your score would come down drastically. If you contact them, they will surely mislead you buy saying many technical, which to a knowledgeable person is nothing but lies. So beware of them

I was paying on time, they don't inform about emi and suddenly they block the account. No customer service which can support

Worst app. I have trusted this app and brought Xiaomi TV and I have paid EMI in time. It’s mentioned in zest money site I will get 5k Cashback post successful EMI completion. Luckily took the screenshot as well on the day of purchase. It’s been 3 months I haven’t received cashback. I contacted more than 10 customer care and everyone said I will receive it in two days but I haven’t received it till now.

Very bad experience. Totally bad response . Do not deal with zestmoney they are not honest. I think other organisations are far better than zestmoney. I have planed to stop next EMI if they do not resolved my problem and pay my cashback. They had promised to provide cash back on purchased moto G71 from Motorola store but they did not provided a single cashback so far . Chutia banate hay sabko ye lok.

ZERO RATING, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Zest money is froad and very bad service provider. I request to everyone, don't use zest money service like personal loan.
I had applied for personal loan but loan amount did not credited in my account. however 2 EMI have deducted using auto debit. I am calling to Zest Money service centre on daily basis for refund my amount. But not getting till now.
So please don't use zest money service.

It is the worst service I have ever experienced.
I had to cancel my loan and to do that they took 17,000 rupees. Now on the top of that they are calling me saying that you haven’t paid your EMI and they are harassing me by saying that we will file a complaint in court and all.
It’s already been 2 years I have cancelled the service and even paid them the cancellation fee, but still they keep on calling and emailing. Don’t use this s**tty service.

Zestmoney is fraud NBFC BNPL Company. RBI is also banning soon. Beware. They are misusing customers data and opening bad loans in cibil without knowing customer.

Earlier I booked two air tickets on goibibo via Zest money app.Loan id-E040M7661600, FA38FZA61F955.I cleared all the Emis on due date.Later I cancelled those tickets on Goibibo.21 days over Zest money still now refund my money.I called them 100 times but they misguide me for name of merchant settlement.Their customer care service always mislead me.Now I think to go to Consumer Forum and filed a petition for this harassment

Worst customer service, I have requested for statements for but interestingly they don't know what it is and asked me to send mail again and again for few times and also I requested NOC for closed loans but no response. What ever you request they say you will receive response but that response is send the mail again because we can't understand what is you query.
"In reference to your email wherein, we are unable to understand your concern."

I bought a MacBook Air at Apple Store, Express Avenue Mall, Chennai for Rs.99,110 on Sep'11 using Zest EMI Payment method (12 months/ Zero Interest).

I paid (manual payment) my first installment of Rs. 8973.59 (Principal Amount= Rs. 7942.85 + Interest = Rs. 1030.74) on Oct'05 using the Zest App. Zest person-in charge told me that every month Rs. 1030.74 will be deducted, but it will be refunded within a few days.

Within 5 days, on Oct'12 same amount of Rs. 8973.59 was automatically deducted from my account as the first installment.

On the same day I called the customer care support and explained the situation. I was told,

1. Within 7 days the deducted amount of Rs. 8973.59 will be refunded to my account.
2. The interest of Rs. 1030.74 paid on Oct'07 will also be refunded.

I have shared my monthly bank statement, where it is clearly visible the amount is deducted twice. The customer service support denied and said no payment has been done so far. The email team and the call centre team doesn't coordinate. The email team say's the issue will be resolved. But the call centre team says no records of payment found in their system. The moment you ask for clarification on EMI dues and refund, they go to denial mode. They are trained to handle the customer in way will rip you off.

But till now, I have not received my refund. Zest Money App clearly cheats you...It's pathetic why a premium Apple Retail Showroom are promoting this app to innocent customers knowing their fraudulent activities.

I alert all the consumers who ever purchased the product through Zest Money App and lost their money, to come forward to educate and sensitize the issue, so that nobody would suffer like me in the future.
