Really positive experience with Guarantor+. I called with a fairly complicated situation two tenants on one tenancy, both needing a guarantor and Lewis took the time to walk me through every part of it properly.

I did however encounter difficulties in trying to reach the company by phone, as the phone lines appeared to be totally unmanned. It was only by requesting a call-back that my queries were eventually answered. I look forward to my claim progressing smoothly, moving forward.
