The way they cost cancellations is not accepted. Support to the client is none.

Incompétence et escroquerie

Réservation de l'appartement à Rome "Sleep with the angels" annulée 5h seulement avant d'emménager (imaginez-vous, avec vos enfants, mis à la porte 5h avant votre arrivée....CA NE SE FAIT PAS !!!!) ; heureusement, Booking a été excellent pour me dépanner.
AprÚs leur annulation à la derniÚre minute, Your.rentals m'a remboursé la réservation (encore heureux !) mais a refusé de me rembourser la City tax de 96 euros qu'ils avaient encaissé préalablement via la plateforme Vikey et LE GESTIONNAIRE VERS LEQUEL ILS M'AVAIENT ORIENTE (ils écrivent d'ailleurs sur leur document "Cette propriété est gérée par Your.Rentals pour le compte du
propriétaire ou du gestionnaire", ce sont donc bien eux les responsables qui, en plus, cherchent à se dédouaner de leurs responsabiltés).
Ces gens sont soit malhonnĂȘtes, soit incompĂ©tents : dans tous les cas, EVITEZ-LES !

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

When we checked in, we were shocked. The photos are a fraud. Completely dirty, cigarettes and ash trays found. Urine in the toilet/on the toilet seat. No equipment, not even a plate. Everything dirty. Crumbs and hairs found in the bed, which was unmade. Absolutely inhabitable. After complaining, being on the phone for numerous hours and endless emails sent, this company can ‘ensure it was cleaned’.
Disgusting customer service, no refund available. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Be careful

Slechte service

Informatie klopt totaal niet met de werkelijkheid op locatie waardoor onze vakantie totaal in het water is gelopen omdat er totaal geen enkele oplossing geboden wordt vanuit hun. Ons appartement bleek in een nudisten camp te liggen en dat stond niet op de website ( leuk met kinderen) als we dit van te voren hadden geweten hadden we nooit maar dan ook nooit geboekt via hun. Echt heel slecht!!!!
