The biggest disappointment ever

The biggest disappointment ever! After 2 weeks of the onboarding process, calls and other discussions we went online. We received almost immediately reservation from Airbnb. The problem was that the guest was not charged a cleaning fee and service fee. So we talked to YR and asked for an explanation. For a huge surprise, we were told that because we already had properties in Airbnb and we ''only'' synchronized the calendar with YR, we must manage the Airbnb by ourselves and YR will manage the other channels. ...and on the other channels is YR as a host! This is not legally true because they do not have a contract with owners but us. Within the 2 onboarding weeks, nobody ever said to us about this. So we did not even start and we already disconnected from YR and are not suggesting cooperating with them. Lost of time.

Il mio "problema" Ăš stato risolto, dopo aver atteso per lunghe ore il collegamento con il personale addetto (l'agente disponibile, dalla richiesta inoltrata alle16.03,ai Ă© reso tale solo il giorno dopo alle 7.17).
Non appena stabilito il collegamento, il tutto Ăš stato risolto in tempi celeri, con estrema gentilezza e disponibilitĂ .

Der Check in dauerte 2 Stunden, danach hatte man ein Studio gefunden. Am Empfang kein Wort englisch.
Das Studio ist alt, abgewohnt und dringend renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Ein SchiebetĂŒren Kleiderschrank, der sich nur zur HĂ€lfte öffnen lĂ€sst hatte wirklich 2 KleiderbĂŒgel. Leider war in dem LUXUS STUDIO noch nicht einmal eine ToilettenbĂŒrste vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf einen schmutzigen Hinterhof. Die lokale ReprĂ€sentantin, Frau Lorena hat auf anrufe nicht reagiert. Bei der Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp hat sie mir empfohlen ein Übersetzungsprogram zu nutzen, da sie kein englisch spricht. Auch Kontaktaufnahme mit your rentals, Frau VU brachte kein Erfolg.
Ich bin ABSOLUT enttÀuscht und SEHR unzufrieden.
Bitte ĂŒberlegen Sie gut, ob Sie wirklich dieses LUXUS STUDIO buchen wollen

I was on Your.Rentals was a long time and I couldn't take my money out, but Miss Anne Luu was a great help. She helped me set up a payment account and I was able to withdraw my money.

Your.Rentals is exceptional in every way!

Your.Rentals is a great platform to work with. The business team and Matteo provide valuable support and best advice for growing my business! In addition, they do the kind of work on their platform that Airbnb and VRBO require their clients to do eg the manipulation of rental rates. And, unlike the Airbnb and VRBO platforms, the Your.rentals platform doesn’t try to trick you eg the possibility re the latter of forgetting or simply not understanding that when you amend rental rates, you often must do so on the calendar as well as in the default box. None of that shenanigans on the Your.rentals platform.
