Your. Rentals made booking.com ban my property

Your.rentals made it so I will never be able to list my own property on booking.com, never. Then they tried to blackmail me into removing my review.

Anyone feel like joining me in a class action lawsuit? They say someone reached out to me in their response. That is a lie.

When they contacted me today it was to blackmail me. See their email:

Hello Amy,

I would like to clarify once again that listings published on external sales channels through Your.Rentals are created and distributed through the Your.Rentals system and under the Your.Rentals profile on those selected channels.

For this reason, when a user later decides to publish independently on those platforms, our standard procedure is to assist by contacting the relevant sales channels directly and requesting the removal of the existing listing. However, the completion timeline of this process depends entirely on the sales channels themselves. Neither Your.Rentals nor users who have already deleted their accounts can control the final removal once the request has been submitted.

In addition, please note that since you have already deleted both the listing and your account on Your.Rentals, we no longer have direct access to or control over your Booking.com listing. Therefore, if you would like to request a transfer of ownership to your personal Booking.com profile, we would need to coordinate directly with Booking.com in order to initiate such a process.

Please understand that this transfer process is not part of our standard responsibilities or obligations. Any assistance provided in this regard would be done strictly as a gesture of goodwill from our side.

For this reason, we will only proceed with this exceptional assistance once the Trustpilot review you posted has been completely removed and we are able to verify its full deletion. Otherwise, we will continue with the standard removal request process with Booking.com, and you will need to wait for Booking.com to complete the removal on their side.

AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I had a reservation to stay one night in an apartment with the company. Prior to booking, I asked if they would be able to accommodate early check in, to which they agreed and said it would be an additional £25 cost. I continuously followed up to pay the additional charge and heard absolutely nothing from the host. I raised this with Your.Rentals and had no help whatsoever. I was told that I would receive a code to collect a key to the property on the day of the booking. Again, on the day, heard absolutely nothing. Then, once driving hours to the property for the day I had planned, the property manager cancelled the booking an hour before check in time leaving our group of 6 with absolutely no accommodation and ruining our trip. I wish I looked at trip advisor reviews prior to booking. It seems like from other reviews, this company allows property managers to absolutely scam people.

Very disappointing and frustrating…

Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I used Your.Rentals for my property listing on Booking.com, but when I wanted to take over and manage my own Booking.com listing directly, the process became extremely difficult and has still not been resolved.

I first requested a transfer of ownership on 23 March 2026. Your.Rentals informed me that they were unable to transfer the ownership due to internal policy/accounting reasons, and instead suggested removing the listing so I could recreate it directly on Booking.com.

I repeatedly explained that Booking.com had told me this was not the correct solution and that the proper way was an ownership transfer of the existing listing. Despite this, Your.Rentals continued to push the removal option and did not provide clear documented confirmation from Booking.com for my exact case.

Your.Rentals later confirmed that a removal request had been submitted and then stated that the listing was completely removed as of 17 April. However, Booking.com is still telling me that they have not received/registered the situation in a way that allows me to properly take over or recreate the listing. As a result, almost two months later, the issue is still unresolved.

This has caused me a lot of stress, loss of time and uncertainty during an important booking season. The communication has felt slow, unclear and focused on internal policy rather than actually solving the problem for the property owner.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Your.Rentals if you want real control over your own Booking.com listing or may later need to transfer ownership.

This company is an absolute shambles…

This company is an absolute shambles !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had an apartment booked and 2 hours before they cancelled and didn’t even let me know. Only found out through booking.com by ringing several times. The company had no contact with me, would not answer my phone calls or emails. Do not book if you actually want somewhere to stay - go somewhere else!

Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Booked an Airbnb with them in January, they tried to cancel as they were double booked through a different application. Airbnb spoke to them and got them to keep the booking, a week before we were meant to stay at the villa, they cancelled the booking, leaving 13 of us stranded with no Villa. Shocking service.

Advertising properties that are sub standard

Worst experience of our lives and would never recommend this platform to anyone to use. Good luck if your looking for a resolution as well. Even if you have hard evidence of black mould and substandard conditions in which you were scared for your health and safety where you had to vacate and find accommodation elsewhere, they wouldn't even meet halfway with a refund. Disgusting platform in favour of horrible landlords/owners. If i could provide negative stars i would. Stay away from this business, especially holiday rentals in Sydney!

Unable to check in – lack of clear instructions and unreachable host

We arrived with a confirmed reservation but were unable to access the property due to missing and inaccessible check-in information.

No clear instructions were provided through the booking platform. We were directed to contact the host, but the listed phone number was not in service at the time of arrival. We also attempted to reach the host via WhatsApp and email and did not receive a response until the following morning. Even Capital One Travel representatives assisting us were unable to reach the host or obtain check-in details.

The rental company later stated that instructions had been sent via a separate email. However, this was not delivered through the booking platform, came from an unrecognized sender, and was not reasonably identifiable or accessible at the time of arrival.

As a result, after extended travel and a late-night arrival, we were unable to gain entry and had to secure alternative accommodations.

The company did not resolve the issue directly, and we ultimately had to pursue a dispute process to obtain a refund.

This experience highlights serious concerns with communication, reliability, and the check-in process.

Siamo arrivati ​​a fine marzo in questa struttura, che dichiarava di avere il riscaldamento. Faceva 13°C, ma il riscaldamento non funzionava, un condizionatore non funzionava affatto, gli altri due erano guasti, non c'era acqua calda e il letto era completamente scomodo.
