I have far too much yarn at home, but I needed different colors. Right after ordering new yarn, I found another box of yarn -- making my purchase unnecessary. Only a few hours had gone by since I ordered. I emailed support, explained my situation, and asked to cancel. I got a reply the next morning saying that my order had been cancelled and to expect my refund immediately -- and yes, I got my refund. It was a great experience. Thanks!

I ordered the wrong yarn. I emailed the company within an hour or so. They were able to cancel my order.

Im loving my experience at WEBS, they have a great filtering system so i can always find the yarn im looking for. Their ordering process is also very quick. They accept payment via google and shop which make things go faster at checkout. They package and send their items nicely, and respond promptly when there are questions. I dont live near a good yarn store so Im glad i found this site where i can go to get all the materials i need for my crochet projects.

I was thinking I could pick out all my own colors without consulting the pattern, Not recommended. I received the my order and realized that the colors were not what I was looking for. Web explained that I could return the yarn and in the meantime they could help me match the right colors with the help of the pattern. Very helpful.

Webs customer service team is great! When a yarn I ordered came to me in a very different shade than what I expected based on the color chart, the team helped me investigate and we determined that I would be happier with a different selection. They were understanding and helpful to create an even exchange and I am awaiting its delivery along with a postage paid slip to return the first choice. So pleased!

I have been a customer for years online and I store when we travelled to New England. This last experience was excellent, informative and most helpful. What a pleasure to be helped by knitters on the other end of the call who understand my knitting and yarn issues. Can’t recommend WEBS highly enough.

Webs use to be amazing ! Great selection fast shipping lots of color choices . With new owners this has ALL changed . Soooo many colors they are out of stock plus when you sign up to be emailed they are available most times I never recv an email and move on to different store . Their shipping also has become over 2 weeks long when it was 3-5 days . Doesn't get processed for at least 5 days then slow as molasses . Very sad to me as I used to love all things Webs

Since 2020 I have been making rainbow baby blankets for my children’s children, my friends’ children and my childrens’ friends’ children. I was devastated when the yarn I had been purchasing for years was out of stock. I called and learned that it would take a few months. The staff was honest and the yarn came in a few weeks earlier than expected. The best part was that they honored their sale price and were gracious in reimbursing me. Great company to do business with. Great yarn selection. Great prices. Thank you.

Prompt and accurate response to fix an error I made in my order.

My ordered arrived and was obviously damaged by the shipper. Issues with the yarns that made them unusable. I emailed WEBS with details and then followed up with a phone call. Customer Service (Anna) was very understanding and my order was replaced. I appreciated the service and care that I received.

I was placing an order for yarn to knit a specific project. I needed 12 skeins of the main color.
I didn't notice that the system self-corrected to the number of skeins in stock, which was 4. The order was placed with 4 MC skeins. Obviously I need 12 skeins of the same dye lot, so I wanted to cancel the 4 skeins, but not the other colors in the order. I messaged, but it was after hours. First thing the next morning, I received a message that the order was intercepted before shipping, the 4 skeins removed, and a refund would be processed. The other colors shipped out. I'm very impressed with the speed with which it was handled!

I am always raving about Webs to all my yarn groups. (one of them is a charitable group and the other is purely for my own pleasure.) My son lived in Northampton for many years and that is how I came to be a very big fan. he used to think I visited for him but many times it was to satisfy my yarn addiction! I was concerned when it was sold but have since learned nothing has changed, same great selection, prices and great customer service. Thank you for being you!!

I was looking for an "out of stock" ball of year. While they did not have it, they encouraged me to check back in a couple of weeks. Such an amazing yarn store. A candy shop for knitters. I travel 2 hours to visit the store but they are wonderful online.

I have placed several orders with the Webs site and have always had a positive experience. I continue to use the site as a reference because the pictures on their site are typically true to the actual color. I appreciate that.

I treated myself to some addi needles to knit myself a Norwegian resistance hat. Received the needles and the yarn; followed the pattern instructions and my hat is big enough for Paul Bunyan.
Contact WEBS yarns.com and asked for help to figure out what I did wrong. Worked with a Kate S. who understood my dilemma and said she would get with her fellow team members to figure this out.
The next day I had a response from Kate and my problem was wrong sized needles and Kate et al recommended the right size. In full disclosure, I did not ask yarns.com prior to purchasing what the proper needle size should be.
In the times we are currently in where people say they will do something and then do not follow through, I truly appreciate the help and advice I received from WEBS yarns.com.
P.S. The yarns I bought from them are beautiful!

Once a year or so we make the long drive to the webs store. However - our last trip in January was extremely disappointing. The warehouse deals area had significantly less product - I'd estimate 20% of what they normally had. The great variety of yarns in the regular was decimated - again empty shelves, very little malabrigo, no high end yarns and just overall sad. I'll pass. They never were a local yarn store (too big ) but now they are on pat with Michaels

Excellent gorgeous yarn, and very attentive customer service- I look forward to shopping here again for future projects :)
