The Lovecraft support team stayed with me until I resolved the issue. It wasn't easy or quick at all; it seemed like there was no way out. In the end, by following their various suggestions, I managed to fix the problem. They were patient and courteous the whole time, and I really appreciated that. They're really nice people.

I recently purchased Paintbox Super Chunky yarn in the colour marine to knit a sweater. The pilling was showing on the garment even when I was in the process of knitting it. I don't expect I'll be able to wear the item more than a few times once knitting is completed. I do not recommend this yarn.

I was missing yarn from my order. I contacted the company via email and received a reply almost immediately. Customer service apologized and gave me a choice of new yarn or a refund. As soon as I replied the new yarn was shipped. Fast fast with good quality yarn and excellent pricing. Thank you Love Crafts.

I hate this company I ordered for the very first time online. I should have received my stuff three days ago and now they’re telling me it’s gonna be here at the end of the month. I have to wait another week like my project doesn’t matter. They have terrible customer service. They don’t answer their phones or answer your questions I would never buy from them again people don’t waste your time using this service,if I could give it zero stars I would. I now know better and will order from a different company from now on lesson learned.All I want is a refund and my money back so I can go get my yarn elsewhere never again in my life would I do this company again Hell no
I just started going through the bad reviews. You know the ones you should be reading not the five stars they’re usually lies and you see the lame responses this company makes lol what a joke this company sucks read the bad reviews. They’re the ones that tell you the truth. then read their lame generic responses. They try to act like they know what’s going on and they’re clearing up a situation and they’re not a lot of people are saying that they have terrible service and lie and It’s not what they’re being advertised. When my order gets here it’s going right back on that truck. I don’t want that shit they can have it almost 3 weeks for some yarn I don’t want that crap.I’m already waiting for my new order That will be here tomorrow and I ordered it yesterday screw this company. It takes way too long. It’s worth it to spend a little extra to get the better stuff. I really hope this review helps someone make a better decision quality over cost and way better service definitely lost you a customer id rather pay double then ever buy from your trash store again “period”

A very responsive helpful experience. I needed to return an item but had misplaced order number. Via the chat bot bobbin I was redirected to an agent who was most helpful. The whole process was quick.

Great choice and wide variety of yarns available. My order was in two parcels and I only got one at the post office, when I got in touch a lovely lady explained that there was two and it had been delivered to the post office. I went back and received it. Great, helpful communication. I've used Lovecraft for years, they are wonderful to work with.

Service from company is excellent.The King Cole Bamboo mix wool is nice and soft to knit with but a nightmare for getting tangled in on itself.
Also 2 balls had broken strands within the ball.

I have had many orders over the last few years. Great yarns and competitive prices. Speedy delivery. I recently had an issue with a yarn and Customer Services dealt with my inquiry immediately. They offered a solution that was beyond my expectations - brilliant!

This company is 5*their wool is good quality, reasonably priced and huge range of colours. Customer services are really helpful with questions asked.

I emailed with a query which was answered very speedily. The reply was very polite and friendly. My problem was sorted immediately.

The website was impossible for me today. Going in circles, repeatedly had to input my information and never got to the checkout page. So annoying and frustrating. Waste of time.

I have bought my yarns from Lovecrafts for a long time now and are always treated very well by the Lovecrafts crew I deal with. I recently had a delivery twice by mistake of mine and the crew told me to keep it instead of returning the parcel Well it will come in handy as I am in an aged care facility and the knitting group will appreciate it immensely thank you Lovecrafts team from Mathilda❣️
