My original review of Wool Warehouse was less than complimentary.

It would seem that there was a little confusion on both sides due to different email addresses.

Once this was sorted out, my voucher arrived very quickly, albeit 2 days later than the event I wanted it for.

I would like to thank Wool Warehouse for the speed in which they reacted to the problem and (if allowed) will continue to use their services.

Abysmal service.

Over the last 18 months or so I have ordered on line egift cards for my partner, each time there has been a problem, I have had to email them so that the card can be resent.

However; on Tuesday of this week, 28 Jul 26. I ordered a egift card for £25, the money has been taken from my bank.

This was ordered on line as a guest buyer not though an account.

To-date despite emailing Wool Warehouse twice, I have had no gift card, they haven't had the courtesy to respond to my emails.

I messaged them through Facebook, and received an automated reply giving me an email address, the address didn't work.

My next action will have to be through the small claims court.

As the saying goes 'Buyer beware'.

Really pleased with Wool Warehouse. My Nan was running out of two colours of wool she needed for a project, so I sent in a letter along with a wool sample, and they kindly colour matched both for her in store. They were so helpful, and the matches were spot on!

The order arrived quickly, the wool is great quality, and everyone at Wool Warehouse was so lovely and friendly. It’s so nice to have such personal, helpful service and attention to detail. My Nan was really happy, and we’ll definitely be using Wool Warehouse as our go to for wool!

I have been a customer for many years and can’t praise this company highly enough. I recently had a problem with a ball of yarn and emailed them about it. They emailed straight back and sorted it out for me so quickly. I highly recommend. 😃💕

Fantastic service ,very helpful and friendly staff. First order went missing, thanks to idiotic evri , but the staff were fantastic at sorting it out and posting the order again via royal mail which arrived within 24 hours. Would highly recommend this company

I have ordered multiple times from wool warehouse and would highly recommend it!
The website can be a little tricky to navigate but the filters are useful to find the right materials and sizes I want.
Delivery has always been smooth and prompt, also the packaging is thoughtful and usually either recyclable or reusable.

I've only encountered a problem once, where one of my items was damaged. I received my items on Friday, let Wool Warehouse know and by Saturday a replacement was already with me. Throughout the process the replies were quick and polite so really appreciated the customer service!

I don't often write reviews but my interaction with the customer service team today has me doing it. I could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of Suzanne in Customer Services. I raised an issue with a particular ball of yarn and within a short time I'd had my issue explained and resolved with a replacement on the way. I have used this company for over a year now and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work! 100% recommend!

I've ordered from Wool Warehouse quite a few times, and every experience is great! The yarn is good quality and they offer a good selection at reasonable prices. They even offer for you to select from the available dye lots too! Their customer service is wonderful, and the website is easy to use. This is always my go-to place to order yarn from! Their own-brand yarns are also really good and reasonably priced too!!

My go to for craft supplies. I've been shopping with wool warehouse for several years. Their range of yarn and accessories is phenomenal, I especially love the amount of choice in their Yarnsmiths range. The photographs on their website are very accurate to the actual product too. Dispatch and delivery is always speedy, and I've never had any issues with missing / wrong/ extra items etc.

What a find for me. Got metallic threads at a third of the cost I've paid elsewhere. Browsing their website prices overall are great and quality very good. Order received within 2 clear days of purchase. Highly recommended.

The company could not have been more helpful. I placed and order and the first delivery company could not find the delivery address even though it was a hospital!

Wool Warehouse cancelled the order at my request and I placed it again and selected DHL as the courier. Due to the hospital deciding to discharge me earlier than anticipated, I needed to change the delivery address. WW were only too happy to do this for me and it was painless.

Then the hospital changed the discharge plans (I know!!!) and rather than go back to WW again I used the DHL website. They allow you to amend the delivery address. No fuss, no drama, just a simple change of address. Parcel delivered on time to the hospital.
I cannot thank WW enough for their help with this issue and also the quick replies to emails. Both WW and DHL made the whole process simple. Wish other companies behaved like this!!

Once again swift fair priced delivery of quality wool and haberdashery, always great delivery experience with plenty of communication, Would happily reccomend for any crafters looking for reliable choice , value and quality.

Superb service as ever. Have ordered many times from WW and their customer care has always been exemplary and this instance was no exception. On close inspection, one item in my order appeared faulty. I took photos and emailed the company to request a replacement. My email was answered that same afternoon and the replacement item arrived the following day. Really can't get better service than that! Well done WW. This is why I'm a loyal customer.

Can’t rate this company highly enough.

Great website with an excellent range of yarns and accessories. Delivery is super quick with great packaging and when I’ve phoned them with a query the staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Jedesmal, wenn ich bestelle, liegen Unmengen von leeren Plastikhüllen dabei von Wolle, die ich nicht bestellt habe. In meinem letzten Paket waren insgesamt 8 große leeren Hüllen dabei, die ich entsorgen musste. Ich bin keine Müllabfuhr für dieses Unternehmen. Der Zoll ist wahnsinnig hoch, bei vergleichbaren Unternehmen in GB fallen keine Kosten an, habe dies versucht zu klären, es bestand jedoch kein Interesse. Offenbar sind wir Resteuropäer nicht wirklich wichtig...

Fast delivery and comprehensive stock.

After I received an order with missing items yesterday, I rang the company and spoke to lovely Liz who sorted the problem immediately and the missing items are on their way to me today. I have used Wool Warehouse for a few years now and have always been impressed by the range and quality of the yarns. Ordering is easy, delivery is swift, and now I know customer service is excellent.

I haven't done an online review before but wanted to share how impressed I am by the speed of the service provided by wool warehouse. I have ordered multiple times over the last few years and it is the only online shop which consistantly delivers and also has an excellant range.
Credit where credits due in this day and age where good customer service is a rare and beautiful thing.

Love the fabric remnant lucky dips, I was surprised at what a decent size they are. Fantastic way to build a stash at low cost. Quick to dispatch, I only wish there were Royal Mail delivery options available so it would arrive quicker but maybe I’m just impatient 🤣 lovely service, thank you.
