Hats off to Wool Warehouse for another year of a huge range of yarn and notions at excellent prices with speedy dispatch! My latest order was placed on Thursday evening the week before Christmas and I really wasn’t expecting it to arrive until after the big day. To my surprise it turned up on Saturday, just two days later. I’ve come to expect superb service from WW but this was even better than usual.

Used this company twice. Delivery is very quick after ordering. They have a fantastic range online along with some great offers.

The packages arrive with my goodies packed in lovely organza bags that make them feel like a real treat.

Habe das erste Mal dort bestellt. Die Lieferung dauerte 1Woche, die Wolle hat eine gute Qualität, der Kundenservice hat schnell reagiert.
Da ich sonst bei Lovecraft bestelle und noch nie Zoll Gebühren bezahlt habe, war ich ziemlich verärgert, daß ich hier fast die Hälfte des Warenwertes draufzahlen musste.

Don't bother paying for next day delivery - it's not guaranteed, as pointed out by a most unhelpful customer service agent who also said the delivery fee wouldn't be refunded unless it didn't arrive on the second day. I paid for delivery because I needed the yarn urgently for a commission. It really should arrive today but not until 2-3pm, meaning I've lost nearly two days on my short deadline.
It's a real shame that customer service agent was so unhelpful and curt because a previous agent had been wonderful (unfortunately she didn't give her name). The earlier lady got in touch with DPD and rang back with an update. If she hadn't done that DPD may never have found my parcel!

I have ordered from this company 3/4 times now and I have had a positive experience every time! I shop mainly for embroidery materials as their DMC threads are far cheaper than elsewhere. Their delivery is brilliant (last order placed on a Saturday and received items on Wednesday) and items are always nicely packaged. And they offer NHS discount which is lovely. I wish they had multiple branches, would love to visit the physical store in Leamington Spa but it's a bit of a trek for me. Will continue to order from them for future projects.

I have used the Wool wherehouse 3 times in the last month, they are always prompt with communications, delivery was quick and packing is great.
When I needed to return some yarn due to my own error this week the comms were great and the refund was processed the same day.

I've just found WoolWarehouse and wish I'd know about it sooner. I've made two orders so far and I'm so impressed. The choice of yarn is fabulous, the order process is simple, the delivery excellent, the packaging is lovely and, all in all, a great experience.

This is my go to place for yarns, the choice is amazing and deliveries are always prompt and the service I paid for. Returns are refunded quickly and without quibble. Would definitely recommend and continue to use their excellent service.

I always use wool warehouse for my knitting supplies. They have great deals, competitive prices and a good selection of yarn/needles. Turnaround times are always good and supplies come safely packaged. The only thing I’ve noticed is sometimes their yarn photos are darker than real life/other sites, so I always check other websites for a better likeness before buying. Other than that they are great and I will keep using them.

So happy with my purchases from Wool Warehouse - the biggest selection of yarns I could find for punch needling as I often need very specific colours in the same colour but slighty different tones to create depth. Very accurate colours compared to on-screen and in person. Super fast dispatch and delivery to London - my go-to for yarns!

I use Wool Warehouse *a lot* - the choice and quality is outstanding, and the prices good too, also they often do promotions which means you can stock up on your favourites 😉 Dispatch is usually within a day, and everything is always really well packaged. On the very rare occasion I've had to contact them about an order, the reply has been swift and helpful. My absolute favourite shop for all things woolly! 😀

I'm used to same day dispatch with other companies, twice I've ordered now and it's taking 3 days minimum, I like the yarn but will consider going elsewhere in future as still waiting for an order I placed on the 31st to be despatched
