I always get my wool from Lovecrafts,never had a problem before.
I bought 4 skiens of chunky wool recently, 3 of the balls were faulty with little black marks and knots every now and again. I sent an email with photos and I was sent within a week 4 new skiens.
Excellent customer service.

I had some issues with a cotton yarn. Frayed and knotted in too many places.
I contacted Brianna at lovecrafts and the response was immediate. When they were unable to match the dye lot they replaced all the items.
They couldn’t have been more helpful. I have been buying from them for about 15 years. It’s the first time I’ve had an issue and they were great.
Here’s to the next 15!!

I've used LoveCrafts UK since I started to crochet at the beginning of the first lockdown. They were my main supplier for years before I started to notice very long delivery times and long waits for out-of-stock PaintBox yarns, which is their own brand so you cannot get it anywhere else if you run out halfway through a project. These issues caused me to go to other suppliers for most things. However, I just gave them another go because they often have decent coupons and offer codes. This time, the order arrived to Scotland in three days, a vast improvement on previous wait times, and all of the items I wanted were in stock, as well as good prices with money off codes.
If they keep up with the stock issues and continue to send things quickly, I will definitely be back again. I was a loyal customer for years and their PaintBox yarn is very good. Give them a try again if you had used them in the past and left for these reasons. I think they are a good company overall.

My query was quickly dealt with and I am confident in continuing with the pattern.

I had difficulty accessing a free download after placing my order. I phoned, and the lady to whom I spoke told me that she would email the download within 5 minutes - and she did!!! So often, these days, people say that they will do something and then don’t!! So, thank you for your help. I look forward now to receiving my order to make the pattern which is very important to me.

The yarn was way smaller than I expected. I was hoping to crochet I cardigan but I guess instead I should use my tiny yarn to crochet a chain then. £15 wasted that I could have spent somewhere else. Congratulations on loosing a customer.

You can improve by advertising patterns honestly or not at all. Don’t show a pattern as free, and then try to charge for it. Margaret

Great fast service ordered yarn on a Friday pm and it was delivered the following Monday am. Paintbox Aran yarn which is crocheting up lovely into a baby blanket. Happy to recommend both yarn and LoveCrafts.

I ordered a beautiful pattern and then got myself muddled because I'm not used to reading crochet charts. I reached out to Patternly and got a very fast and friendly response to my several queries which was so helpful. Very happy customer!

I am extremely disappointed with how LoveCrafts treats independent designers. Their platform has a critical technical flaw: it hides essential pattern data (materials and hook sizes) from customers, despite the designer providing it. When customers get confused by this lack of information, LoveCrafts issues unauthorized refunds at the designer's expense without any consultation.

They ignore technical explanations and hide behind "customer satisfaction" while effectively stealing intellectual property. If you are a designer, be aware that your work is not protected here. They make unilateral decisions and ignore support tickets when challenged with facts. I demand a fix for their interface and a return of my stolen funds.

Always buy my wool from lovecrafts. Paintbox yarn is very good quality. I use it for crocheting or knitting. Very good price and even better when on offer. Delivery is always speedy to . Never had any problems and customer service were very helpful to on my recent call and resolved my error x

Everything worked extremely well. The order was delivered in short time, and everything was well-packed. When I had a problem with customs in my country, the customer service team helped me immediately and very effectively, hence the issue could be resolved in very short time. Certainly I will place further orders at Lovecrafts in the future.
