Classic! Some things never ever, ever change

Classic! Midway through a telephone conversation regarding the astonishing amount of time its taking to transfer my pension away XPS and the fact that they have misinformed both me and my IFA as to the current position of the process, and the line went dead. When I called back, its a recorded message telling me that they close at 5pm.

I hadn't realised that meant they put the phone down mid-conversation. Very clever. Yet another day's interest earned on MY PENSION FUNDS.

Now, of course, we've missed the deadline for the transfer valuation to be used for completion so I believe it'll be another few weeks before completion is possible. Is it any wonder people are transferring away from them?

Rhetorical question and please, XPS, don't respond with another AI generated, "We're sorry to hear you're having [insert words plucked from review here] problem and would like to reach out to you directly" message.

I spoke to three different people and punched myself in the face

I spoke to three different people. Given the wrong information. Kept on hold forever. Cut off more than once. Incorrect information on their processes in the first instance meant I had to spend more time on the phone asking questions to get answers. The call handlers really didn't understand what they were talking about, hence the need to ask relentless questions.
