Bottle got replaced

Bought 40 Knots from their website July 2023 and noticed that the spray cap was not producing a fine mist which I got from my other bottles. Send in a service request but got no answer, in the meanwhile I ordered another bottle (different scent of course) and added a note referring to the previous service request. Well you guessed it, no answer again. Got frustrated and made a comment on Facebook stating that no service is to be expected ever from them. Well color me surprised they reached out to me and after several E-mails I was able to send the bottle back, because it was X-mas and they probably closed I received the confirmation in the new year that the spray cap was not up to par and a new/repaired bottle will be send back to me.
Yesterday evening I got my bottle back.
The box could have stuffed more with padding/air cushioning imho. Adding a few samples was also nice to have gotten but those were not in there.
All in all after a tiresome period mailing back and forth the issue has been resolved, no 5 stars because of the difficult way of getting in touch with them in the first place.

Xerjoff le migliori fragranze e il miglior servizio clienti.

Ho conosciuto Xerjoff attraverso un set di scoperta, lì è iniziato il mio gusto per la casa Xerjoff, nel mio ultimo ordine sul sitio, per mio errore, ho inserito le stesse fragranze due volte, per questo motivo il servizo clienti di Xerjoff mi ha contattato per sapere se il mio ordine era corretto, ho fatto la richiesta per la mia modifica e loro hanno risolto il mio errore in modo molto gentile ed eficiente.

Ho diverse fragranze di nicchia, ma Xerjoff, mi ha conquistato il cuore con le sue Fragranze e soprattutto con l'eccellente servizio clienti, GRAZIE XERJOFF.

Leaking product, box with stains and awful service

The product I bought had leaked with disguisting yellow stains in the box and a sticky bottle. I got no help from customer service, which is absolutely terrible. Their only suggestion was to go back to the store which is several hours away and would cost me more in travel expenses than the price of the perfume. This brand is a total scam, nothing about it is high quality. Stay away!

Unfortunately in these circumstances any returns or replacements need to be carried out by the same place the product was purchased.

In this case, the boutique that sold you the product would have been able to replace your faulty product, as we confirmed via email after having spoken to the boutique in question on the telephone, but we understand it wasn't possible for you to reach the same place, for which we truly are sorry.

I encountered a problem with my confirmation of the order I placed, so I spoke with one of the customer representatives (Alice) she was amazing so helpful throughout, this is my first time buying direct from XERJOFF and I would definitely be coming back thanks to Alice, amazing communication and she resolved my issue within minutes, she even reminded me that I forgot to add my free samples. Simply amazing customer service

I was recently gifted a perfume from…

I was recently gifted a perfume from this brand, which started to leak shortly after the first use.

I Contacted the company to enquire about a replacement but was told that “ We can't be sure if the product is authentic or not”, which I find rather absurd.

The customer service representative was impolite and highly condescending, whilst constructing pitiful excuses to avoid responsibility for a faulty product, which they sold for 100 of £s.

I will shortly be contacting the trading standards.

I have purchased a significant number…

I have purchased a significant number of perfumes from this particular brand within a relatively short span of time. On each occasion, they have fulfilled my requirements with great care and provided excellent packaging. Regrettably, last week I purchased the "ebra pura 100ml" and found it to be empty upon arrival, with the liquid having leaked everywhere. Subsequently, I sought out customer reviews regarding refunds or exchanges. I came across numerous negative reviews concerning their customer service and learned that they do not offer refunds for international purchases. This left me feeling disappointed. Nevertheless, I made an effort to send them photographs of the leakage, which they promptly responded to within four hours via email expressing their remorse and inquiring about my desired resolution. They kindly offered me a voucher for the full amount. Their outstanding position within the perfume industry is undoubtedly well-deserved, and I wholeheartedly support their remarkable fragrances and exceptional customer service.

A so expensive brand with so much prestige but such a pitty logistic and customer service.

A so expensive brand with so much prestige and a such disrespectful and shameful logistic and customer service.
The treatment the give to customers is unacceptable!

I ordered with them first time on 06/05/23 and everything was well done.
The second time I ordered with them on 06/29/23 and they shipped my order.
When I receive the email confirming the time that I was about to receive it, I called to the courier and ask them to come later cause the was no one at time. So they went anyway and they informed to Xerjoff company that I reject the package and they just sent it back to Xerjoff.

On september 27th, after having written to them countless times, after almost 3 months of having placed an order that I did not receive, much less a response from them, they finally response me by WhatsApp and told me that they haven’t receive the package back and that they have to investigate. After 1 month writing them with no answers, on November 30th they told me that the perfume is not in stock and that they will give me a refund suppose to receive in 2/3 works day. Today, 16 days later, I still do not receive the refund and they just do not answer.

Nach einem anfänglichen Problem bei der…

Nach einem anfänglichen Problem bei der Bestellung (Missverständnis) wurde es umgehehend vom Kundendienst behoben und großzügig abgehandelt.
Sowas erfhährt man nur bei derart seriösen Unternehmen.
Blitzversand und die Qualität der Düfte setzen dem ganzen die Krone auf.
Bin begeistert !

i couldnt be happier with xerjoff.
their customer service is excellent: i myself made a mistake when placing the order and less than 20 minutes after contacting them - i got my refund.
i wont even talk about the quality of their products: the complexity, the sillage. i love it all. its always possible to not like the product itself, but thats what the sample kits are for. no need for blind-buys, especially because xerjoff is obviously on the pricey side of things.
i couldnt find any negative words for xerjoff if i tried. not trying to blame the bad reviewers - but most of the issues that these people have raised are actually discussed in the FAQ... so i would suggest reading those before making a purchase over a few hundred.

2 Proben-Sets

ich bestellte 2 verschiedene Proben-Sets, sind beide innerhalb 2 Tage bei mir angekommen! Es gab aber ein kleines Problem, was sofort vom Customer-Service behoben wurde. Die Düfte sind ein Wahnsinn und von TOP-Qualität!
So muss ein Mann riechen!
Customer-Service ist absolut TOP!

Love this brand, Thre luxury vibe, the presentation ,bottle, all care with costumer, the xerjoff fragrances really one of the best brands on the niche parfums.

5 STELLE SONO POCHE

Sono una appassionata collezionista di profumi e al momento 20 di essi sono di Xerjoff, e ne ho ancora molti in Wish-list che appartengono sempre a questo brand.
I loro sono profumi particolari, diversi dai soliti, realizzati alla perfezione, lussuosi, sorprendenti, accattivanti, sensuali, bellissimi.
E' impossibile non innamorarsi di qualcosa quando si annusano le loro creazioni, anche perché hanno un'offerta imponente in qualità e quantità.
Acquisto di solito direttamente dal loro sito, e quando mi arrivano i pacchi è una gioia immensa: sempre confezionati ed imballati alla perfezione.
Inoltre ho avuto delle necessità particolari e sono stata seguita con cura e accontentata nelle mie richieste dal Customer care, sia tramite email che Whatsup.
Le spedizioni sono veloci ed affidabili.
Per me qui siamo davvero al Top, sotto ogni punto di vista.
